我真的很喜欢住在这里。地理位置优越，入住和退房方便，早餐丰富多样，员工友好。房间很干净，景色很棒！出色的！

这个房间适合 1 位客人入住，对我来说非常舒适，床也很不错，浴室空间足够大，我很喜欢，也很干净......还有熨斗......非常好，而且这个地方靠近单轨站（chow kit mr 10），到酒店 7 分钟路程。酒店外面有很多餐馆，rumah makan padang、nasi kandar 等...

位于 Kampung Baru Ramadhan Bazaar 附近，靠近 Kampung Baru Jami 清真寺。我们很享受住在这家酒店。

I use to stay here whenever I come to Kuala lumpur, during mco I stay at Hilton garden for 2 months when there's not much guess. this time i stay at Hilton for 2nights. because i come down to KL for medical check up. DISAPPOINTED with the dark blue colour uniform security. I was sitting at the 1st floor and there are 3 more girls. But the security didn't questions that 3girls because they are Caucasian and im Indonesian. he look down on me and asking me why im sitting here what am i doing here for what im sitting here. with unfriendly tones. and than whenever come in or out white colour uniform security also don't even bother to open the door for me event that I bring many things But for others they will help to carry the bags and open the door smiling at them. I dont mind for that because i still have enough energy to carry my bags But please I come here stay not for free why cant you just treat me the same like other's. why cant i sitdown at the first floor when others can. is really sad u know i come every 2months and use to stay at this hotel.

Everything is good and I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Kuala Lumpur

Location good cleanliness okay but air conditioner not cold and cannot sleep at night because the room hot. But check in time is too late 3pm. And check out by 12noon.

Receptionist sangat ramah, staff lainnya pun sangat ramah, always back to this hotel when i am going to kuala lumpur.

Pro:- Check in and check out was fast. Easy to find places to eat surrounding the hotel. No carpark but the valet system is acceptable. Cons:- Quite long to wait for lift if you are waiting on the ground floor. Somehow the lift got puddle of water from people using the swimming pool.

Saya senang stay here karena bersih facilitas kompliet ada box penyimpanan uang, syamfoo dan lain lain besar botolnya, ada pengering rambut, setrika lantai atas view nya menara kembar plus makannya ennak.

banyak tempat makan, sarapan sedap banyak pilihan cuma kolam berenang tak ada yang untuk budak, dengan lift agak lama menunggu

Hotel yang sangat nyaman dengan view dari level 25 ke twin tower Petronas.

We've checked in half past 2 in the morning and was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. All the hotel staff were so helpful throughout our stay. The room was really nice and comfortable; The view from our room was also great! We'll surely book this hotel when we visit Kuala Lumpur again!

My second times staying at this hotel. Very friendly, complete facilities. So sure to return next time.

We booked high floors reception gave us floor number sixth. No big windows. I told her I have phobia the room which doesn't have big windows she said our property fully booked beside this room my friend said so loud because situated near elevators what to do?

Positive side: lokasi strategis, fasilitas standar dan sesuai foto. Bisa request Kamar dengan view Twin Tower dan Menara KL. Makanan cukup baik tapi kurang variasi menu untuk makanan India. I love the coffee. Minus side: staf FO hanya satu jadi lambat, telepon kamar tidak berfungsi, kolam hanya untuk dewasa, tidak ada kolam anak.

Hotel bagus bersih, namun berada di kawasan padat, tidak susah mencari makanan karena area sekitar ada pasar, minimarket dan restoran. Petugas kurang sigap bila ada tamu yang mau check in, kita membawa barang sendiri. Lift juga sering antri karena hanya ada 3 lift dan yang meninap banyak.

1. When checking in I ordered twin bed but I request to change bed type to large bed. The receptionist changed without telling me they're downgraded the room. 2. Long queue on check in counter. There's two check in counter but they only open 1 during the check in time. 3. It's really hard to call the receptionist. Took 4-5 times to call until they answer (and I need to use emergency call for them to finally answer) 4. I lost my water bottle since they one but they couldn't find it and when check out after 2 nights I still asked them, and they say they found it but without noticing me and just put in their north office. 5. Apart from it, the good part is their breakfast is good. I really suggest the hotel to improve their services.
