Needs maintenance and repairs Wall corners are deteriorated and wall paper is peeled out in some areas of the room Bathroom has a bad smell with very low water pressure. Water temperature is not consistent sometimes hot and suddenly turns cold Room is not properly cleaned by house keepers

Excellent hotel. Very nice location near the sea. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great dining option. Had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend booking this excellent hotel. Thanks to all the hotel staff that made this stay enjoyable.

Very clean , new Nice break friendly staff

It is a nice and new property. The staff are cooperative and responsive to our requests, which are not that mich. The restaurant is clean and the food that comes to us through room service were very good. We highly recommend staying in this hotel for couples, family and business as well.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The pervasive noise and unpleasant smells made it difficult to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a rather unpleasant stay. The thin walls allowed me to hear conversations from adjacent rooms and even from the room above, adding to the overall discomfort. I hope the hotel can address these issues for the benefit of future guests.

Everything was perfect besides the check in lady she told us there is no nights available after that we found on hotels the way she talked to us was so negative

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever visited. This should never be a 5-stars hotel. The Air conditioner was mentioned in the description as available before I booked, however after checking in I was shocked the A/C is not working and the room temperature was 28C. I called the receptionist and he claimed that the hotel’s A/C is in warming setting and if it’s hot you can open the window!! I could not do anything, the sleep was really bad. I will never come back again

Very amazing and clean

We didn’t face any major issues but I don’t believe we’ll be staying there again since there are many other better options we’ve previously tried. Service was slow and breakfast options weren’t so nice.. But our room was spacious, clean and we enjoyed its view..

The rooms are small but good. The heater was on and the room was hot without any option to turn the AC on

We booked one room double bed king size the was queen size. Also the bathroom smell was very annoying, there were drainages smell so bad. Services was very poor

First day they did not cleen tge room and next day I called them and asked them to change the sheets,, when I arrived I recognized that they only changed the trash bags,, even the luggage in the check in we took it to our room by ourselves,, and when we complained to the manager he told us yes the trolley was already busy and he said that he also always cheks the room after cleening""" "" the manager was not cooperative with us at all,,this is the first and last time in this horrible hotel,,,,
