飯店鄰近湖邊 環境優美 但附近有點偏遠 如果不在飯店餐廳吃的話開車會比較方便 房間有小廚房 私人桑拿 還有提供大小滑雪板 餐廳的天花板超美

每個冰屋都是獨立的，辦理入住的大廳是一棟在園區最前面的房子，入住當天飯店告知隔天早餐時間08：00開始，隔天我們08：30抵達入住大廳準備用早餐，吃完要離開飯店往下一個行程，但是大門鎖住裡面根本沒有人，同時也有好幾組客人在門口等待，一直沒有員工來開門，當天早上溫度大約是-10左右，早上8點多天還沒亮，我們住的冰屋是園區的最後面，步行來回需要近20分鐘，你只能選擇在這麼冷的天氣在戶外等待或是走回房間等，這是一個很不負責的工作態度，入住當天是平安夜，我可以理解員工可能前一晚有活動很難早起，但必須要告訴我們早餐時間需要被延後，而不是讓我們花時間在這麼冷的天氣裡等待跟步行，這讓住宿體驗感到很差。

玻璃屋非常好，位置在郊外湖边，晚上在房间里直接看到了极光了非常棒！房间里面有独立桑拿非常方便。有个迷你厨房，有冰箱，微波炉，也有杯子，盘子，碗锅这些，方便煮东西。酒店整体是整洁干净的，也很安静。早餐也算丰富。酒店没有提供拖鞋，牙刷牙膏，也没有洗发水，浴袍这些。附近没有商店，只有在checkin的reception有卖简单的薯片和汽水。如果需要，附近有个超级市场，接送服务都司机会主动问你要不要停留买东西。不足的地方：酒店的管理非常有问题，作为一家不算便宜的酒店来说，接送车的处理极为不妥，本身接送已经是给付费服务，但还总是迟到，就例如我去的那一程是订了13:30 结果迟了超过三十分钟，另外回程更过分，酒店是11点check out的，结果等我check out 完，居然被通知上一班接驳车已经离开，下一班要下午两点！这个真的很不合理，第一，你如果这样安排，你在我check in的时候就应该告诉我你们接驳车时间的安排，但他们没有；第二，你明明11点的check out，你居然安排车在11点前就走，这样根本不是为住户着想！酒店去市区火车站大概要一个小时，如果因为这样而赶不上火车或者飞机，那真是损失巨大！的士可能要一百几十欧的！员工还是很好的有尽力补救，安排了我一顿免费的午餐和免费动物园参观，但也是浪费了我半天时间！希望酒店管理必须重视这个问题！因为你们酒店本来就不便宜！服务必须得跟得上！

Das Zimmer war toll, die Lage, das Personal und das Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet.

Room was decent. Unable to fully close windows. Breakfast was included from 8-10, afterwards nothing available untill 15:00-18:00. Then dinner only from 18:00 to 21:00. Meals were acceptable.

写真通りで、部屋は素晴らしいです。窓の雪は殆ど溶けていて星空はよく見えています。スタッフも素晴らしいです。夜遅いチェックインですが、行く前にメールで何回もやりとりして、丁寧にかつ迅速に返信くれて凄く助かりました。朝食も良かったです。品数は多くないが、店員さんが凄く親切です。アクティビティも豊富で、とても楽しかったです。場所は空港から遠いので、移動はお金かかりますが、部屋代は高くないです。また、人は少なく、混んでなくて静かで、きれいです。もっとここに長く泊まれば良かったと思いました。最高な思い出になりました。

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à prendre dans l'igloo. Le restaurant pour le soir est assez limité... on aurait apprécié un plateau à deguster sous les aurores. Maiiis la magie était au rdv et ce fût une nuit extraordinaire !!!! Je recommande très fortement malgré le prix de la nuit !

La struttura è curatissima in ogni particolare. Lo spazio è ben organizzato. La natura intorno, la vista lago è semplicemente meravigliosa. Personale molto cortese e professionale. Anche il cibo della colazione è ottimo. Materie prime di prima qualità. Assolutamente consigliato come esperienza. Un sogno

The start to finish. Probably they should inform their customer on how to use the heating system properly. Bed was nice. Ambient was superb.

Do not prebook activities and dinners with this hotel.

The disappointing reality does not compare with what is portrayed on the Ranua Arctic Igloos website. There is no transfer of luggage available from the reception office to the igloos/cabins. Guests have to carry or wheel or sled their luggage through snow, ice, mud, depending on weather conditions. The only attraction that is relatively close to the facility is the wildlife park, but other activities are further away, requiring transportation costs. If there is insufficient snow, or conditions are too icy, all snow-dependent activities (dog sledding, reindeer rides, horse riding, snowmobiling) are unavailable leaving nothing to do in the area except visit the wildlife park. Better to find accommodation in Rovaniemi to be closer to more activities and tour providers that are available there, as well as the many restaurants in the city center. Food selection was very limited and poor quality considering the hotel’s self-claimed rating. In summary, a very expensive and disappointing experience.

Probably a magical experience in the winter or for couples, but otherwise not much to do nearby in the summer. The Ranua Wildlife Park is wonderful; highly recommend

Loved the Resort Arctic Igloos. We stayed for 2 nights and can't see Aurora due to the weather too cloudy. The resort doesnt provide slippers ! The only setback Is the location. No buses, free shuttle service to near by mini market. Transportation need to pay ! Next time should rent a car for more convenient .
