Bien pero lefaltaba balcón y bar

The receptionist was helpful when we first arrived, as we needed to change our room. The room had a bad smell, and we couldn't stay in it but they kindly changed our room promptly. I have come to figure out it might be the cleaning products that they are using. Its not a particularly good fragrance perhaps something they should consider changing. Our washer dryer was completely useless and the maintenance person never came by which was disappointing. We were also due to have a room refreshed once during our stay which also didn't happen. Other than that the staff at the reception were helpful. The room is basic and i think as its the end of the season the rooms need maintenance, our toilet seat was falling off, the shower head was broken too and the light in the bathroom had exposed wires.. not ideal in a bathroom. Generally it was clean but not of a high standard. The room is basic but for its purpose, as you are ski/snowboarding all day its ok for this use.

This is a huge apartment complex with great assess to the lifts. The room (bed, shower, cleanliness) was disappointing. There are extra fees for parking, cleaning, etc, that hotels.com should be more forward about. Read the fine print and weigh your options.

Appartement de grande taille et très fonctionnel, 2 chambres séparées.

Had apartment 12 in front building. Lots of space & very clean. Beds very comfortable. WIFI not that great but ok at times. Good access to chair lift from top of the apartments or a few minutes walk downhill to gondola.

Designed for car owners. No Ski lockers at the top chairlift property exit. Better property access at the bottom gondola exit. You need to exit through the garage where ski lockers are located and walk down a busy road without a pavement.

El apartamento es muy amplio y cómodo, está muy cerca de las pistas de esquí. Es la segunda vez que vamos, y nos alojaremos allí cada vez que subamos a Andorra.

Todo perfecto, excepto que hace mucho frio en todo el edificio menos en la habitacion.

Cama muy cómoda. Buenas vistas y buena atención. Para repetir.

Great staff and location (it appeals to my inner mountain goat!). It is an apartment style rental - complete with kitchenette and washing machine (which is one of the new drier/washer-in-one things - the drier does NOT work, and it has one of those doors that lock and stays locked until it decides it is ready to give you your clothes back (why someone designed this feature is beyond me - they should be slapped). There is a small gym on-site which costs 7 Euros to use - that's a fair bit of Canadian dollars for an hour or two's use, but there is the outside Jacuzzi thing which might appeal to some. Hallways are not heated (I was travelling with a senior and it was cold!) and the shower stalls are ridiculously small (unless you are a Filipino) but one learns to work around it. Spain seems to have not discovered the wash cloth - all you get are towels, so consider bringing your own if needed. It helps with the whole bidet/shower experience. A great location in a country that reminds me of Banff.

La superficie du studio est de 30 m2 et non 40m2 comme indiqué sur le site.

El apartamento está muy bien, el colchón de la cama es muy cómodo y el sofá tb . Está muy bien equipado y tiene hasta lavadora. La única pega que le puedo poner es que tiene escaleras para llegar al portal( unas 20) y con las maletas es un poco pesado. Sino dentro tiene ascensores y está muy bien.

Un lugar perfecto para ir en familia, la estancia muy acogedora, no falta un detalle. Por poner un pero, el precio del parking un poco excesivo.

Me engañaron con el precio, hoteles.com decía 68€ y alli me hicieron pagar 83€, es un fraude, porque lo hacen para salir arriba en los buscadores. NO TIENEN WIFI o al menos no llegaba a mi habitación y no me dieron soluciones, el personal de recepción no es útil para solucionar ningún problema y además su antipatía haría que en mi empresa los despidiera ese mismo día. Para llegar a la habitación hay que recorrer 5 pasillos MUY largos y tres ascensores, de manera que con maletas y demás o para salir a tomar un café, es ya de por sí una excursión salir del hotel. NADA RECOMENDABLE. No hablo por hablar, puse una reclamación oficial y la entregué en Andorra la Vella en la Oficina de Turismo, con todos estos datos que os aporto. Adicionalmente este hotel manifiesta que NUNCA aceptó estar en hoteles.com, y sin embargo los contraté aquí.

Buena

El Apartamento en general estaba muy bien equipado y limpio. La única pega que podría tener es que había manchas en las paredes, una gotera en el baño y las almohadas no tenían sábana. Además, el sofá cama era algo incómodo y no habría estado mal un lavavajillas. Por lo demás todo perfecto y la gente muy agradable.

Cobran 5 euros por dia por la limpieza y no entraron a limpiar ni una sola vez en los 3 dias que estuvimos. Tambien cobran 100 euros de fianza nada mas llegar.

Great space in the apartment & awesome to have a spa bath outside the door. Shame about some noisy guests on the Monday night that kept going until around 4am!

Super pour le jacouzi. Par contre la terrase est bien mais des passants passe devants avec leurs chiens pour qu ils fasses leurs besoins tres désagréables

Perfecto para pasar unos días familiares, es un sitio tranquilo y agradadable.
