地點附近有不同食肆，距離Paddington大站約10分鐘路程，方便來往機場及近郊。 房間內有多種設施，床舖舒適，部份員工表現友善。 但以下仍有很大改善空間︰1)熱水供應不穩定，如秋冬前往應考慮 2)設施貌似完善，但有些未能使用，例如電視 3)House keeping較馬虎，浴室內的毛巾濕了亦只是放在浴缸，沒有更換，直至直接向reception反應才更換

Sofa bed is too soft. Not comfortable. All the other things are very good.

Room was spotless but biggest asset was the reception staff. We met three and all were exceptionally polite and helpful.

The room was absolutely spotless and has everything you could need.

Really nice and quiet place. Staff extremely serviceminded and efficient. Great and well equipped apartment. Only problem was, that you can’t sleep in the sofa bed if you are a male adult, as quality is very poor

It is close to Paddington Station. There are many good restaurants and pubs in the area. But it was a bit noisy since we stayed on the first floor. Staff are friendly. Lots of room in the 2-bedroom apartment.

I had meetings booked for 2PM (the same time as the agreed check in time and advertised check in time) They didn’t let me check in u til 3/4 and left me hanging. I had to pay £280 for a Hilton hotel around the corner. Very annoyed

Comfortable flat with lots of room for a family of 4. All the amenities you could need when staying in London. Helpful staff when you need them.

J’ai réservé un appartement standard pour 6et en arrivant on nous indique qu’il n’y a pas d’autres appartements de disponible que celui en sous sol. Vu sur les poubelles. Le personnel est aimable mais pas de solution à nous proposer !

Well designed, well equipped flat with all amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great reception. Only problem was that Hotels dot com have the wrong phone number and the wrong email to the hotel. Hopefully now updated.

The location is easily accessible by the two underground stations less than a mile away. The space in the apartments is comfortable and the kitchen has all the cooking equipment. The carpets were stained and looked dirty. The walls near the patio had water damage. Overall it needed some updating but I would still recommend staying.

Great rooms for a family. Fully equipped suite. Beautiful neighborhood.

Very nice, clean and comfortable family sized apartment in walkable area near tube station, restaurants and coffee. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
