早餐种类丰富，房间宽敞，设施齐全。

疫情前，这里的早餐超级棒。我喜欢住在这里就是因为食物。但现在，我唯一喜欢的就是这里的自然风光了。

干净，房间漂亮，游泳池漂亮，食物美味。

我和姐姐一家以及我的家人在这里住了两晚。总的来说，我很喜欢这里的景色，宁静祥和，还有一望无际的绿色…… 游泳池坏了，幸好你们市场/销售部的员工Azli先生看到我们带着孩子，建议我们带孩子们去森林城码头酒店游泳。孩子们都很开心，当然，作为家长，我们也为他们感到高兴。 食物，目前为止还不错，没什么特别的。

我们预订了一间套房，他们给了我们通常给贵宾住的那间。这间房间的清洁度和装修风格都堪称一流。然而，这次的空调效果不太好。我把房间和客厅的空调调到17度，开着冷风，但房间却花了一个多小时才降温，而且并没有降温多少。另外，淋浴间没有热水。需要改进。

Receptionist okay cuma masa mula2 nak check in dia pandang atas bawah. Maybe ingat tak mampu untuk stay sana kot. Other than that, bilik okay. Luas. Facilities semua okay. Breakfast pon okay. Cuma location agak ke dalam sikit. Sesuai untuk orang yang nak privacy dan tenang2 like me. Cuma bila nak ke bandar tu 30-40 minit drive juga la.

Hotelnya luas, fasilitas lengkap ada playground kecil untuk budak2, bilik yang saya duduk tidak terlalu bersih, seperti banyak debu/habuk & dinding bilik (walpaper) pun banyak yang dah koyak breakfast makanan banyak jenis tapi bagi saya biasa je.saya nampak ada takoyaki sampai berjam2 saya tunggu tak dibuat2 dengan chefnya,sampai lah nak masuk pukul 10(resto dah nak tutup).

The service was terrible. The hotel was not worth for being rated at 4 or 5 star. The staff was not good at their work at all. We stayed 3 nights, but we had to check in & out every day and to validate our room key. Room condition was bad as well. Shower booth did not drain well. We requested to fix the drain, but no one came to our room. Also, phone in our room was out of order.

Bathroom tiles are so slippery, fan control is in Chinese not so friendly user,

For room a bit OK cause floor too dirty with dust and for equipment like air conditioner and heater was very disappointing because sometimes OK sometimes problem I got room with nice view thanks staff and breakfast so delicious and variety but sorry to say room need to be improved so overall just given good rating thanks.

Highly recommended for a staycation.
