The location and Wind Residences is nice and the lobby is nice, but the room was not satisfactory. The dining table and chair are spoiled, the bed is quite old, and the toilet is leaking, also on top of the ceiling. Please next time give a satisfactory room to the guest.

Unlike another agent, this accommodation is such a hassle to stay at. You're required to queue for checking of vaccine cards and ID (something we could have done by sending copies online a couple of days before our stay) We personally fell in line for 53 minutes. The hotel's lobby looks nice but the toilet was clogged. Elevators and slow. And the staff are rude. We were charged for two extra beds but there was only one. We asked the caretaker to give us another bed but she said it was our problem to raise with the owner of the unit, but since we booked through this app, we literally could not contact anyone. The helpdesk on here was also useless. The condo unit itself was not well lit and the furniture was dirty. The bed was like 2 inches thick and smelled weird. Cellular data is slow and we could not connect to the internet. Please if you have extra money, do not stay here.

The roim is too smal and not comfortable for 4 Pax. the sofa smells Bad and damaged and the pillows smell bad too. No light in the veranda (pondido) the light in the CR is blinking. The wifi is not connecting.

I won’t recommend this place ever! The photos posted here is not exactly the same room we are in. No lake view, wifi isn’t working. Our host didn’t mind our numerous complaint. Very bad customer service, really.

Since it is pandemic, the security ang health clearances were strict. Any information about the requirements are not indicated in the site. That was very inconvenient. Our room was at tower 4 but we need to go to tower 3 first then walk down to the basement 1 so that we can go to tower 4. In short it is not recommended for seniors or pwd. The room was not that presentable. There are ripped parts in the sofa. No complimentary soap and shampoo. I will never go back to this place.

we were stuck in tagaytay due to ncov but still the owner wanted to earn than to help. I was asking if we can have an extension for checkout since we needed to figure out how to get home. this condo didn't have a wifi. view was not that good and we paid 200 pesos extra since we were three to check in. I am not going to recommend this condo find another one.

This accommodation is perfect for couple, its satisfying and the view is so nice it’s relaxing. Gonna recommend this to my friends 😊
