Positive: New decoration, very new and clean. Location is great, can reach most attractions on foot. Free parking in the facility is secure and wonderful. Negative: We book the room the same morning we planned to check in. No one was there and no confirmation mail till we asked help from pedestrian to call the manager/owner. Need to reach them by phone or the email response via hotel.com can be 6-12 hours later. The AC can warm up living room but no heater or AC in the bed room so it was a bit colder then we expect (we visited in Feb).

A really nice apartment hotel. We loved the room! Overall really good. Great check-in information beforehand.

The apartment was well kept spacious and clean. The property is close to many restaurants and easy access to public transport. Walkable distance to a few attractions also. Instructions were clear on how to check in after reception was closed. Note there is no elevator at the property and there are three floors, so consider accessibility when staying with heavy luggage or persons with limited mobility.

We loved our stay here. Lovely apartment with 2 burner stove, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and a little dishwasher! Great location with a grocery store and laundromat just up the street. Highly recommend.

Nos ha gustado mucho tanto las instalaciones como la decoración del alojamiento. La habitación estaba muy completa, la única pega que podemos poner es que, hay que subir escaleras y en las zonas de paso se escuchaba a la gente como si estuviera en ka habitación. Pero tanto el lugar como los trabajadores han sido muy buenos.

Great communication before and during my stay, free room upgrade, option to store luggage after check-out time. Highly recommended!!

Loved the room and location! It was clean

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The welcome was personal and very friendly. The room was exactly what we expected from the booking. The hotel is situated in a district with many galleries and nice restaurants close by. And the closest bus stop is just around the corner.

Property is OK for a short stay. It is true it is some sort of an appartement and not a hotel but they could a little better by having some tea or coffee.

Great accommodation in Porto; clean, nice rooms, good shower, good wifi, good price....

The team running Porto Downtown lovers appartment were excellent, good communication, attentive and friendly. Beautiful, clean and secure appartments that look exactly like the photos. Interesting arty area of Porto, easily walkable to all the parts of Porto you want to see. Cafe Diogo, across the road is the best!
