就是日本經濟泡沫的產物，雖然就舊的，但是經理非常熱誠的接待幫我們，提行李到2樓 一泊二食餐點很好吃，是很道地的在地傳統料理

Great staff and the meals are the highlights. Unfortunately the rooms are showing their age. If you don’t mind that then this is a great place to stay.

Bain public très agreable. Hotel tres calme. Accueil chaleureux. Nourriture japonaise typique, le repas du soir ou le petit dejeuner permettent de decouvrir des specialites qu'on n'aurait jamais commande.

The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay and made every effort to accommodate our needs. We really enjoyed the food, it was excellent as were all the catering staff.

Pleasant staff, good dinner and breakfast, quiet location a short drive from the center of Nikko.

Great stay at this traditional Japanese hotel! Property is older but clean and kept in good condition. Staff is excellent. They go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of during your stay such as booking your shuttle each morning for drop off / pick-up from town, breakfast and dinner times. Meals are traditional Japanese

Room was clean and staff was very courteous. Good option for visiting Nikko overnight and Japanese dinner/breakfast included.

The room was a basic Japanese style tatami room. Unfortunately there was no elevator to the second floor, although the hotel staff did help with carrying the bags up to the room. Location and price were OK because we were coming by car.

エレベーターがなくてスーツケースを 運ぶのが大変でした。

部屋や廊下のカベ紙がめくれているところが多い通路の照明にクモの巣がいっぱい　夕食も変わり映えしない　味も塩からい　朝食は大変良かった

エレベーターがないのが、難点。それ以外は、とても、良かった。露天風呂も気持ちよかった。

Séjour fantastique Nous y avons passé juste une nuit Nous avons dormi dans une chambre traditionnelle et profité du onsen et dîner et petit déjeuner avec des plats typiques délicieux Petit bémol sur la localisation bien qu’une navette puisse nous récupérer et déposer sur les lieux à visiter, il faut bien s’organiser car c’est assez compliqué

食事は夕食、朝食ともに量も品数も豊富でとても満足できました。地元の名産と定番の組み合わせもバランスが良く見た目も楽しめるメニューでした

全体的に清潔で気持ちの良く、ゆったり過ごせました。お食事も十分な品数と胃にも優しい内容で大満足です。 スタッフの皆さまにも大変ご親切にして頂きました。 強いて言えば、ルームサービスの冷水ポットは、ペットボトルの方が安心で嬉しいです。 ロビーのコーヒーサービスの混雑、お部屋の洗面台が低い点（築年数から仕方ないですね）、帰りの送迎車のエアコンがついておらず窓が締め切りだった点、以上が惜しい！
