服务一流。我要求换房，因为我的视线被（我面前的）脏屋顶挡住了。他们直接换了房间，还给我们发了一封道歉信。最重要的是，早餐非常棒。我一直很喜欢早餐时提供新鲜果汁。对我来说，果汁是必不可少的，尤其是对于一家五星级酒店来说，而他们做得非常出色。他们有大约6种果汁可供选择，而且都很新鲜。酒店的接待服务也很棒。位置也很好，离乌布中心不远。一定会再来的。

Dapat upgrade kamar, ukuran kamar sangat besar, bersih, wah. Staff ramah, hotel sangat bersih. Makanan okelah. Sangat mudah dijangkau. Untuk harga sekian, sangat worth it.

-Traveling with family of 2 kids, great free in-house activity for both adult and kids. Just make sure to make a reservation a day before. We tried the cycling, cookie decorating, and Balinese dance class.-Fitness center available 24hour, not too big but enough and usually still empty on 06.00. Got enough dumbbell and kettlebell, and also TRX to support functional training.-Room is spacious with bathtub, bed comfortable, a lot of wardrobe space.-Hotel location not walkable from Ubud city center, we use Gocar to go around Ubud (opt for Comfort or Prioritas and cash payment to increase chance for pickup, waiting time around 11-15 mins)-There's a free shuttle from the hotel to Monkey Forest at 11am, 1pm and 4 pm. Vice versa from 11.30am, 1.30am, and 4.30 am.-Complimentary photo session with a professional photographer. The photos can be collected with a price. It was a fun activity with the family, so of course we have to get the photo 😁

45 Mins delayed for check-in. Staff only informed that it will delay. But they don't inform the progress until I asked directly to the staff. When I entered the hotel at the lobby, there was only one staff providing welcome address where he is at the same time playing the gamelan.

I chose this hotel after reading comments and looking at photos, plus star rate. The room we booked was supposed to have garden view but it was looking at the road with traffic starting very early. The first day was perfect. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and the dinner. Second day we had to change our room because of the ants and a lizard in the room. The staff was very helpful. Then all went well. The breakfast selection is very rich and satisfying. We had our dinners at the hotel and also enjoyed food and good range of soft drinks made on spot. Hotel staff are so nice and helpful that is one of the main reasons for satisfaction. The pool is really excellent especially for children and families.

Good service, ramah semua, ga perlu check in ke depan cuma di suruh duduk di sofa mereka datangi kita, suka banget sama keramahan westin ubud.

Semua staff sangat ramah, kamar tidur dan kamar mandi sangat luas. Menu breakfast juga banyak dan rasanya enak. Kolam renangnya pun sangat indah karena memiliki pemandangan langsung ke sungai dan hutan. Kalau ke Ubud pasti akan bermalam di sana lagi. Thank you The Westin sudah mendekor kamar kita begitu baik. 😍.

Yang paling berkesan menginap di hotel ini adalah keramahan semua staf hotelnya, dari masuk sampe pulang dan viewnya yang luar biasa, anak anak enjoy di sini, untuk makanannya juga bervariatif dan enak, apalagi kue kuenya, cocok banget buat healing.

Lokasi bagus, strategis, pelayanan oke layaknya Group Marriott, kamar luas dan bersih, kolam renang juga bagus. Mantap
