Food was pathetic, tea sachets provided is worst quality, bread in breakfast is stale, food arrangement seems messy , security person is checking again and again with reception even if going to nearby places, staff behaviour is okay but maintenance is poor.

I took my elderly parents for a weekend getaway to enjoy the ocean and relax by the beach. It was a wonderful experience for all of us especially the hotel staff was very friendly and the hotels service overall was very nice. The food was very good although There might be some more options that are a little more healthy can be added. And the bathrooms could have been a little more clean and maintained. But all in all hotel was perfectly fine and met all our expectations.

Overall good experience, however poor internet at room and overall cleanliness need more attention

The quality of food and cafeteria service need significant improvement. Access to the beach is terrible and can cause serious accidents. Could not get a justification on why ACs are shut down for 2 hours daily. The service is quite good, rooms are comfortable.

NO COVID GUIDELINES ARE BEING FOLLOWED No guest is wearing masks, and no staff is asking them to mask up. There is zero social distancing, there are no signs asking people to mask up. Pool is open, against government guidelines. I felt extremely unsafe. Extremely irresponsible management.
