Very delicious breakfast and good quality of coffee. Very cosy environment.

We have stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The environment is quiet and safe. The staff are very nice and helpful. Bus stop to the city centre is very near, just a minute walking distance. Within half an hour including waiting time for bus, we can reach the city centre. I’ll choose the hotel again next time we go to Oxford.

Well maintained, clean, conveniently located. Didn’t use laundry or breakfast services because add on prices seemed high.

Convenient parking with nearby bus service into the city. Room was very clean with helpful staff. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu.

Warm welcome. I received an upgrade to a deluxe room for free. Rooms are clean. Shops are a walking distance away or one can take the bus. I had to look for a shop that operates 24hrs and I found one 15 min walk away.

The guest house was very comfortable. The owners have obviously gone to a lot of trouble to provide their customers with a host of information about the local area and its attractions. Freshly laundered linen, a clean ensuite with wonderfully hot water and a breakfast cooked to order, all contributed to a comfortable overnight stay. Parking at the rear of the house also contributed to a stress free stay.
