房间虽小但很新很干净。

At the beginning/first day, I had ordered via apps for 3 bedroom (3 people) but I received 2 bedroom, so I complained at second day, then be changed room for 3 bedroom (3 people). For info: the bed room very clean and comfortable.

False advertisement. Shithole.

Lokasi hotel persis di Shilin Market yang sangat terkenal dengan kuliner malam yang sangat ramai. Ke MRT tinggal jalan kaki sekitar 10an menit. Hotelnya kecil dan self check in. Kamar kita pesan yang bertiga, bersih, tersedia sabun/shampo, sikat gigi, hairdyer, kulkas kecil, pemanas air buat kopi/teh serta 3 botol air mineral. Recommended.

Sedikit tidak jelas, karena pd saat sampai dan hendak check in. Tidak ada 1 pun staff dan kami tidak dapet masuk ke dalam hotel, karena membutuhkan pin untuk masuk ke dalam hotel. Beruntung ada tamu lain yang baik dan membantu dengan bahasa yang terbatas, Dan di bnt oleh orang lokal. Baru lah kita dapet no kamar kita setelah berkomunikasi via line di bantu oleh orang lokal, dengan menunjukan bukti pemesanan kita. Kebayang ga kalau tidak di bantu. Posisi sampai sudah jam 23.30 jam setempat. Karena memang hanya ada 1 flight yang direct. Mungkin buat masukan, ke depan bisa di berikan langsung pin dan no kamar. 1 hal lagi, kita harus ambil sendiri kartu kamar di meja check in, ini juga di bantu oleh orang lokal. Thanks.

West. Inn 48 is strategically located in Shilin District. If you love night markets and food trips, The West is the place to be. What I appreciated about West. Inn was that we were able to check-in three hours before the standard check-in time, which was 3:00PM. However, it was quite difficult to contact the reception and no one was present at the reception desk all throughout our stay. Nevertheless, the room was nice and clean. Bathroom was modern and sophisticated and the toilet was heated and automated. We enjoyed warm baths here. Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water were present. They also replaced the water every day.

Wasn't expected the size of the room, real small for it ' s price. What worst was the noise coming from the other room from their toilet/bathroom poor soundproof. But the heater from the toilet was really good.

The room smells smoking terrible and does not allow to keep luggage after check out. Poor location. Not recommend and not value at all. Almost no receptionist at Desk, you need to call and talk to them by phone. When I complained about the smell in the room, they did not offer any solution but just keep asking me non-sense questions like when did I smell, when did I check-in, they even suspended me smoking in my room. Not recommend this hotel. Very bad experience.

A small hotel in the alley, breakfast at downstairs cafe! good location it's next to shi lin night market! a quiet place ! friendly staffs.

Hotel berada di dalam gang bila sore tidak bisa di lewati mobil karena berada di daerah pasar malam shillinnya, jadi harus jalan kaki dari jalan utama ke hotel kurang lebih 100m, tidak ada plang nama hotelnya agak susah, kamar sangat kecil

When we want to show direction the taxi driver, we cannot find Shilin Inn in the google maps. The name in google maps is Shilin Home, not Shilin Inn. The location is within the Shilin Night Market, few minutes walk from MRT Station. A little bit tricky to find because we cannot read the hotel sign, but the hotel staff guide us by phone. The room is small but very clean and we enjoy the warn toilet seat 🙂 Comfortable to stay.
