Fantastic 5 night stay at the Dunclutha guest house.Big room and a comfortable bed private bathroom also very tasty homemade shortbread in room to enjoy with a cup of tea.Breakfast was of the highest quality and plenty of it.Very convenient location.Would definately return on future visits to leven.TOP TIP If you are a hiker base yourself here for a few nights and use the frequent bus service to get along the coast.Great value Highly recommend.

The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

The room was very clean and tidy with everything I needed; wardrobe and drawer space, tea and coffee facilities, plenty of clean towels and toiletries, hairdryer, fan, and TV. The shower room was large and very clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. There were plenty options for breakfast including cooked (chosen the night before on a breakfast menu in the room), and continental fruits, yoghurts, cereal, juice etc. with tea/coffee and toast on demand. The check in process was very easy and the owners are amazingly friendly and accommodating 10/10 from me.

Received with a friendly and welcoming manner by Julie the landlady. And parking of its own off street. Guest house was a lovely and room was spotless. Was in family room Green room, was as fresh as a daisy. 1 double bed and 2 single beds with all matching covers. Very comfortable. Tea, coffee etc facilities along with homemade shortbread delicious. Also an en-suite with all shower products. You name it and it was there. Just a delight to stay in. Breakfast very good menu , ordered porridge which was great along with poached egg, haggis, toast and marmalade. Nice bowl of fruit. No complaints at all with Dunclutha. Would recommend to friends and would return if I had to visit Leven again.

Excellent cooked breakfast that fuelled my walk along the coastal path. Really friendly owners and a really nice room, very clean with a comfortable bed. Couldn't fault it.

The host were very friendly and hospitable. The room was very clean and in a quiet location, it was only a short walking distance from the Town centre and the beach. Breakfast was excellent, the fruit salad was very fresh, and they had accommodated for dietary requirements for cereal and cooked breakfast which looked and tasted amazing.

We had a fabulous 9 night stay at Dunclutha House. Julie and Richard were fabulous hosts. The room was fabulous, teas & home made shortbread delivered daily, room and restroom were always kept up. The full scotiat breakfast was the highlight of our mornings, we always look forward to haggis and home cooked meals when we visit Scotland. We visited the jucuzzi, always nice and hot! We did not need a car as the walk to the train station was 12 minutes through town, and was an hour ride to Edinburgh and just 20 to Kirkaldy to catch other trains through Scotland. We visited lots of great restaurants and fish & chips in town, and even visited the 5000 year old standing stones at Lundin lakes golf course in leven. Such a wonderful visit!!! Will surely do it again! I
