The hotel didn't have any reception. Need to go to nearest hotel (forgot name) to do check in. Been upgraded into deluxe king room, however the bed is not so comfy, make my back in pain due to thin and uncomfortable mattress. Been stayed for four nights, but never been cleaned once! I have put the bin and towel outside the room since morning, however they didn't collected it until night and only do it when I call the receptionist.

The hotel location is good and strategic. But, hotel soundproofing is really bad, if your room is situated next to the window facing the main road. Can't even sleep at all.

There was no receptionist. Had to go to another hotel nearby to check in. Bedsheet was dirty and stained. Same with the towels. Pay so much that there is no bath soap or hand soap or even coffee sachets. Bed was so low. Why even put a frame? Just let us sleep on the floor actually. Blanket was also stained. Room 201 had a good space but cleanliness was bad. Would actually give 0 star rating if possible.
