The most precious part of this hotel is their staff, they are polite, helpful and passionate. We celebrated birthday there, before I arrived I asked the hotel to prepare some decorations(complimentary) in the room before we check in, and it turned out to be a big surprise that they presented a birthday cake and sang birthday song together once we arrived at the lobby felt like friends. We stayed at the residence suite this time, the room is spacious and clean, quiet at night, just a few steps away from the pool. The location is great, 5 mins walk to the busiest pub street, or a 2 minutes tuktuk.

I like this hotel so much, their services are very very good. They provide free airport pick up and welcome drinks and snacks of very high quality. To improve, I think the hotel can increase the variety of food in the breakfast buffet. I recommend this hotel to people visiting Siem Reap.

The breakfast menu was fresh. The luncdry service was good. Rooms were maintained clean. The staff were very polite.

This was our fourth time staying here and won’t be the last. It’s a beautiful hotel a few minutes Tuk-tuk from pub street, so far away enough to be quiet but close enough to be very convenient. The breakfast buffet included is great and the overall quality of food (restaurant and poolside) is great if you’re not wanting to head out. The beds are VERY firm but of good quality, air conditioning in the rooms is perfect, the property is very clean and the pool with bar is a favourite. Dina and Miss Kim make the best cocktails (they’re the ones to learn from for anyone new at the bar or anyone who works the bar at all), that being said it’s very clear ALL the staff take pride in what they do and everyone is so lovely and helpful. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when in Siem Reap.

Fantastic place with amazing staff, really looked after you. Breakfast was excellent each day, as was to poolside bar service during the hot afternoons.

If I can give more than five stars for the staff, I definitely would all the stuff was helpful and friendly Kim ,,Vou, Riya,Phat and my favourite daughter-in-law in reception. without doubt, I would definitely stay again.

This is my second stay and I will tell you why. This place is not only gorgeous, but has the best staff. I would mention them all as they all will go above and beyond, but I will give a special mention for Dina who is a big part of the reason I came back here within a month. Thank you Dina for making my second stay just as good as the first, probably even better! I will be continuing to come here in the future. It's a hidden gem of luxury.

This is a little gem of a hotel. You really feel pampered by the staff. Nice pool, great breakfast. Spa services were reasonable and very nice. They greet you every time you come back to the hotel with damp towels to freshen and water. Would absolutely stay here again.

The best staff I have ever encountered in all my years of travel. Everyone who works there is exceptional. Every time we came back to the hotel we were greeted with cold towels and a cold glass of water.

Felt like royalty the moment we arrived, as all the staff greeted us and they showed us to room. Breakfast was also amazing. If I were to ever travel to siem reap again, I would definitely stay here. Pool also looked really nice but we didn’t have time to swim.

Nice hotel. Good amenities. Excellent staff , especially Kim Yean , Phy E, and the entire kitchen staff who provided the most personal care at breakfast. This was service with a smile The hotel is within a 20 minutes walk to Pun Street, or an easy cheap tuk tuk ride.

The whole experience of staying here was fantastic! The cooking class was so interesting and the old market tour!

The Khmer Mansion Residence is like a 5 star hotel. It is physically beautiful and spotlessly clean. The staff are amazing in their willingness to assist with anything you need and the restaurant, including the buffet breakfast, is spectacular. I give it my highest recommendation.

I stayed 4 nights at this little slice of heaven! A clean, large, well-equipped room where the A/C worked perfectly! A lovely outdoor restaurant by the pool with very good food. And most of all, warm, smiling, eager to please staff. I would return here in a heartbeat!
