New and clean hotel. A lot of choices for breakfast. Highly recommended.

The shower thermostat in my room did not work properly. It would not cool the water and was extremely hot. I told the reception when I left as I was only staying one night and only discovered the problem in the morning. It was inconvenient as I could not shower properly.

The Front House manager Craig is awesome and was very responsive. He goes out of his way to ensure that visitors enjoy their stay. The ample bus options make getting to and from downtown Oxford a breeze. Overall, great bang for your buck!

Basic room. TV channels wouldn't work, very low pressure in the shower at all times of the day. We were there for 2 nights and the maids didn't replenish coffee or tea. Neither did they remove any empty glasses. Not impressed at all and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

good parking. a sign showing how to.get.into the hotel area would.be very helpful (ie at the traffic lights and roundabout) as took us a while and we used to live here! quilt lumpy but warm enough. loved the shower!

Always stay here when in the Oxford area. Love the hotel.

Great hotel, modern spacious and comfortable room. Nice food. Only issue really was that I was promised an invoice would be sent to me by email and despite several phone calls I still haven't received it. The receptionist I spoke too I found was quite rude and abrupt.

Lovely hotel. Warm welcome on arrival. Very clean hotel. Room was big, bed was super comfy and bathroom was lovely. Unfortunately we had water issues in our bathroom where the tap and shower had barely any water and couldn’t even flush the toilet. Staff were responsive but unfortunately we were in a rush for a wedding so did not have time to move rooms.

A few more coffee, tea and sugar sachets would be nice and perhaps a note to say where they can be found (it took me a while to discover that there was a drawer under the kettle stand).

The gentleman on reception who checked us in, David, was stellar. Friendly, polite, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room (4th floor) was relatively quiet and clean tho some of the furnishing had seen better days. Minimal noise from outside, which is impressive given it’s on a busy interchange and close to the railway but some noisy other guests disturbed us a bit

Fantastic stay! Exceptional service and breakfast. I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Oxford South. The facilities are excellent and kept very clean throughout. Having parking available on-site was a huge plus for me. The entire staff is incredibly polite and attentive, but I have to give a special shout-out to the breakfast—it was sensational and delicious! A huge thank you to Kamila and Frederick for being so attentive and making our mornings so much better. Congratulations to the whole team for the great work. We will definitely be returning at the next opportunity.

O hotel é ótimo! Quarto grande, espaçoso, limpo e iluminado. A equipe de funcionários é super atenciosa, especialmente, a Camila e o Frederick que nos atenderam no restaurante, nos cafés da manhã. Obrigada pelo carinho!
