New and clean hotel. A lot of choices for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very kind and comfy, good

Lovely hotel. Warm welcome on arrival. Very clean hotel. Room was big, bed was super comfy and bathroom was lovely. Unfortunately we had water issues in our bathroom where the tap and shower had barely any water and couldn’t even flush the toilet. Staff were responsive but unfortunately we were in a rush for a wedding so did not have time to move rooms.

A few more coffee, tea and sugar sachets would be nice and perhaps a note to say where they can be found (it took me a while to discover that there was a drawer under the kettle stand).

The gentleman on reception who checked us in, David, was stellar. Friendly, polite, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room (4th floor) was relatively quiet and clean tho some of the furnishing had seen better days. Minimal noise from outside, which is impressive given it’s on a busy interchange and close to the railway but some noisy other guests disturbed us a bit

Fantastic stay! Exceptional service and breakfast. I had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Oxford South. The facilities are excellent and kept very clean throughout. Having parking available on-site was a huge plus for me. The entire staff is incredibly polite and attentive, but I have to give a special shout-out to the breakfast—it was sensational and delicious! A huge thank you to Kamila and Frederick for being so attentive and making our mornings so much better. Congratulations to the whole team for the great work. We will definitely be returning at the next opportunity.

O hotel é ótimo! Quarto grande, espaçoso, limpo e iluminado. A equipe de funcionários é super atenciosa, especialmente, a Camila e o Frederick que nos atenderam no restaurante, nos cafés da manhã. Obrigada pelo carinho!

All good with room but huge delays with food - told 35 mins ended up being around 75 minutes so quite disappointing and was 10.30pm by time we finished eating, after sitting down at table around 8.45pm. Admittedly it was Christmas and they had a few parties for Xmas but nontheless still disappointing. Food was good but delays and lack of comms disappointing

Nice room, clean, warm and good bed etc

Hotel is well-situated for visits to other places in addition to Oxford (Woodstock, Wallingford, riverside pubs, etc.). Hotel facilities are very good (fitness room, restaurant, etc.). Staff were efficient and friendly. All-round excellent hotel, but it was a bit early Nov 21) for 24/7 Christmas music!

The bed was the most uncomfortable I had slept in, and has put me off staying there again.

My room was really cold all night. The maintenance man blamed me for “breaking the system” Rude staff working at breakfast service And the 10.99 buffet breakfast was awful, however they did refund this.
