Great hotel, helpful team. Air con!! Nice bar and restaurant areas

Comfortable stay for a couple of days on business. Booked a single room, which was fine. Worth highlighting that the bed looked as though it was home made (very solid snd quite high) and the shower used a hand held shower head. Overall, enjoyed my stay and will return. Staff were brilliant!!

A beautiful building which is kept very well, unfortunately we were let down, whilst we love and appreciate the legacy this place holds with hosting prom nights and they do make sure noise is stopped at a certain time which was nice because there is no warning that proms are taking place so when you get there it’s quite chaotic. The problem we faced was some of them Were drinking alcohol and hanging around the cars in the car park, I went and had a word with reception who reassured me they had security on site and our car would be fine, I couldn’t move it as I had, had a drink, anyway the next morning I took my dog for a walk and went to the car to get some things and she stood on Glass right at the boot on my car from a smashed bottle I immediately went to complain to reception that this was not acceptable to be told they can’t control the car park! I explained that I was reassured over the car being ok and he asked me To show him the glass , he was very shocked and I could see he didn’t know what to say, he then proceeded to tell me there was another prom On that evening but they had extra security on! Safe to say I moved my car, we didn’t even get so much as a dog treat or a free drink they just brushed it off!!!! And there were bottles and cans all over the car park in the morning , you don’t come to a hotel of this standard for this to happen. However, Ellie and Laura are an asset to this hotel keep doing what your doing you ladies are absolutely fab! Thank you

Very pleased with our visit to this hotel. Very dog friendly, which is what we needed for this stay. Plenty of charging spaces for electric cars, all with 7kw commercial chargers.

Beautiful property. Lovely breakfast. Warning, this is an older building with many short flights of stairs to bar, restaurant, etc. there is a lift to rooms however. Right across from the park with lots to walk and see. The parking is problematic. Good luck with that.

We stayed in one of the suites with a sofa bed and it was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We missed breakfast but were able to get some tea / coffee and pastries after 11am in the restaurant/bar area which was handy.

Really nice hotel, lovely staff. Good location for walking into Richmond and an easy commute into central London.

Readily available parking, very close to the park and also only twenty minute walk to the station.

When we arrived, we were upgraded and the rooms were spacious and lovely. The location was great and we were able to walk all over. We really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Excellent room hotel was very clean and tidy only complaint is that the breakfast was not very warm maybe down to timing. Other than that would highly recommend 👍

Excellent location with Richmond park on your doorstep, lovely gardens and easy to walk or taxi into the centre of Richmond or Kew Gardens - a couple of lovely pubs nearby.Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff were helpful and polite. Didn't have food, but had lovely cocktails at the bar
