Last minute I was told the property was not available due to plumbing issues and so I will be given another apartment in another district. I accepted their offer. Upon arrival I could not enter that property as the safe box that holds the keys was super glued all over. After a few phone calls I was quickly offered yet another property. Being late night this was the last thing I wanted but I didn’t really had any other options but to accept the offer and walk over with all my luggage to the new address I was given. I thought it was fair and good customer service and this was the best they could do. However, the next morning after 10 am I heard very loud banging on the front door. A very upset girl was trying to get in talking to me in a totally unacceptable manner saying that I should have left the property already. I said to her that the check out time was 11am, not 9 or even 10. Her response was that the rooms need to be cleaned and “you have 10 minutes to leave..”. It is just really difficult to understand how this even could happen. I will never book again with them.
