Breakfast wasn't as nice as other times

Stayed here many times and always a lovely time and lovely breakfast but on this occasion 28/03/26 breakfast wasn't nice and bacon was so hard you could knock someone out with it when my mum ask for fresh bacon the waitress said well the bacon was fresh this morning and its all gone my mum went back and asked 10 mins later and asked if the bacon was ready the waitress said its cooking with an attitude this waitress need retraining in customer service as there is a certain way to speak and thats not it

Staff were excellent.

Large comfortable room, cleaning was generally good. Shower was great. Bar was nice - a good choice of drinks. Didnt have any food, so cant comment on that. Large car park and great location for getting about. No EV charging points, but they didnt claim to have any. In feneral, South Wales High speed EV charging facilities are not readily available. We had to go to Swansea.

Great experience staying at the hotel. No complaints. Just a recommendation is it possible to have ev car charges installed. We have a electric car after a long journey needed th charge the battery had to make a number of journey's over to Tesco's to charge the car. Noticed a lot of electric cars on the car park so installation of ev charges would be a great investment. Plus a great reason to book your hotel as more electric cars drivers may book your hotel for that reason.

A warm welcome Food was great! A lovely hotel has plenty of charm and atmosphere. Double bedroom was spacious spotlessly clean has all you need but more. Blackout curtains made a peaceful sleep and a pleasant stay. 5 stars*****
