アパートの一室です。キッチン（調味料、食器、オーブン、レンジ、ケトル等あり。）、リビング、寝室、バスとトイレはセパレート。一人だったので十分すぎる広さでした。WIFIも快適に繋がり、テレビでYouTubeやflixTVの視聴が可能。自炊もでき、部屋は快適でした。 しかし、レセプションがなく事前にguestadvisorというアプリを取得し、そこからチェックインします。チェックイン後にメールでアパートに入る暗証番号や鍵の場所やキーボックスの開け方についての説明のメールが届きます。不明点はオーナーさんとメールでやり取りし確認 することは出来ました。（やり取りは英語です。） 結果問題なく宿泊はできましたが、レセプションがない為慣れていないと不安になると思います。

Appartement très spacieux, situé au centre ville à proximité du parlement, même avec une poussette il était accessible, je recommande !

It's a big beautiful apartment in a great location. However the view of the river is partial only from one window and there is a big wardrobe which needs repair.There are also two TVS but only the one is working and only with Netflix. It's a pity because it could be perfect with just a bit more attention. Anyway I stayed there six days, I really enjoyed it and I recommend it to everyone.
