Location is perfect n close to the subways. The room is new and clean.

Good location. The apartment is located near Callao metro station. It is near Gran Via, Plaza Mayor and Plaza de Sol. The apartment is newly renovated and tiny kept. The staff who received us, Christian, is friendly and supportive.

The apartment was spotless. It was very spacious for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children - we got the two bedroom two bath). The washer and dryer combo was definitely a plus. The location was great and close to everything. Our bedrooms faced the interior terrace, so it was very quiet at night. I just wish there was more storage place - dresser or extra closet - to be able to unpack completely. Our host, Christian was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Arenal Apartments. This was our second time and we will definitely be back! Excellent location just off Gran Via with lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a 24hr carrefour which is handy. The hosts were amazing, accommodating an early check in and storing luggage for us when checking out so we could continue enjoying Madrid. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern with all the amenities you need for a great stay. Very comfortable beds too! In short, I’d highly recommend.

Second room is very small. It has no closet nor windows. Location is good but very busy.

Ideally located. Very clean and spacious.

I’ll start with the staff. They were very attentive and available when needed. Next, the location. The property is situated with a few steps from the Gran Via by the Plaza de Callao. This is the social hub. And while there is activity past midnight all night, in the room, it was total silence. Next the Property itself. It was clean. The bathroom modern, the bed comfortable, and with the grocery one block away, we were able to have snacks and breakfast in the room before heading out.

This apartment is very well located, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping options nearby. Transport is simple, with taxis and public options easily accessible. Just note that there isn’t an onsite reception, so you’ll need to coordinate a time to meet for key collection.

Great experience

El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, a unos cuantos pasos de la Gran Vía y todas sus atracciones y transportes. Cuenta con una cocina muy equipada y un supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina, es muy silencioso por la noche y está bastante nuevo. Además, María y Christian están siempre muy atentos para recibierte y orientarte en lo que necesites. Sin duda es una excelente opción.
