The best hotel during our whole vacation! This is a newly renovated hotel, so it's very clean and everything is still so nice. All the staff such as receptionist, bell boy, restaurant staff, basically everyone who works at the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I've no regret booking and staying in this hotel for 5 nights as all worked out perfectly and everyone was so nice! They even gave us a list of food recommendation close to the Hotel. and they're willing to help you book cars, tours, anything to make your stay amazing! I loved this hotel so much and would practically recommend this Hotel to anyone who visits Hanoi. Extra info: the hotel located at District 1 and so close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. Next to the hotel is the 711 Supermarket.
