工作人员极其不愉快，房间窗户缺了个侧翼，隐私性很差。我们在楼下吃早餐，有说有笑，但声音不大。工作人员还让客人保持安静，这种默默吃饭的感觉也挺有意思的。希望你们能再次培训员工，改进服务。

Mọi thứ đều tốt so với mức giá, nhà vệ sinh luôn sạch sẽ. Chị lễ tân rất thân thiện, chị nhà bếp cũng thân thiện. Duy nhất là móc treo trong nhà vệ sinh cao quá và không có thang máy nên nhiều đồ leo thang bộ hơi mệt xíu =)). Trải nghiệm một ngày ở dorm đỡ buồn.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, the room has bigger space, but the hanger in the bathroom too high for petite girl like me, LoL. I guess it's based on European height standard~ I booked 2 nights included breakfast, not many options but it's muslim friendly~ the location is nearby heritage area.

Good location, nice meal. There is a staff so friendly and helpful. I will be back soon.

Mình đặt phòng mà không nhìn kĩ nên chọn phải loại 1 giường trong căn dorm 6 phòng dù cần phòng riêng để gửi tạm đồ đi chơi buổi chiều. Bạn lễ tân rất nhiệt tình và supportive bọn mình gửi đồ cẩn thận.

I felt like a home when I was staying here. Minimalist interior design, nice receptionist, good ambience of cafe and good price for one person in dormitory with breakfast. I would love to stay here again.

Perfect budget hotel in Hoi An. Nice breakfast. The owner is amazing, she is very friendly. the room also nice. but too bad no lift.
