Positives: Great area. I was going to a conference at the university, and it was perfect for that. Theres a lift (not accessible for wheelchairs) and relatively calm in a busy area. Flat itself is nice, but it’s poorly maintained. Negatived: It’s poorly managed. There was no stove top, and no clothes hangers. (For anyone traveling for work, hangers is vital). When I messaged about this I was told to «take a picture of the issues»… so I did... Never got a reply. The place also smelled strongly like smoked tar. I god used to it, but had to wash everything when I came home. Even my eye mask smelled like smoke. It wasn’t very clean either. And everything is the cheapest stuff from ikea. Including the bedsheets. Kinda funny, because they must have spent a lot on the flat (floor is beautiful), and then they cheaped out on the details that cost very little, but makes a huge difference.

Everything was fine except the arrival. It should be noticed that the entrance does not appear in google maps and you have to figure it out where the door is. Bwyond that everything was great.
