我訂了兩間房，其中一間房浴室去水好慢，兩間房的 沖涼水壓相差很遠，陽台對出大路，開氣窗的鎖令人覺得安全感不足，因為用地熱 ，冇得調較，所以好熱。 未checkout, 職員已經未有敲門, 就打開房間

Absolutely unacceptable. The room was in appalling condition—filthy throughout, with bugs crawling everywhere and a bed that looked and felt unclean. It was so bad I ended up sleeping in my car. There’s no reception on site, so I had to contact the property through chat, and their response was to offer “a bed change and another cleaning.” This place doesn’t need a quick cleaning—it needs a complete demolition or a full professional remodel. My room should not have been rented out at all, let alone for $200 a night. Avoid at all costs.

Nice location on the wharf but not much to do around area. Broken shower fixture. The walk out patio off the room was dirty with a broken table & no chairs. Very close to the airport which was helpful. Restaurant was closed on Monday which showed online it was open.

I was extremely disappointed. When I booked through Expedia, the property was listed as having 'free shuttle to airport' and when we arrived, the room information folder indicated that tge hitel would provide ' a free shuttle to the airport' but when I called reception to book the shuttle was told it was no longer provided! And, the phone receptionist informed me that it was taking some time to revise the information to guests! This was blatant false advertising and misrepresentation.I warn any travellers with an early morning flight from Keflavik to stay in a proper hotel near the airport. Hotel DUUS was an extremely bad choice for us due to tge misrepresentation.

Property was ok. Some recent looking updates but some cracked windows and other safety issues. Bed was comfy.

We didnt like they only open the restaurant until 5pm There is nowhere to eat breakfast. Eventhough we arrived really early the started cleaning other rooms and didnt make an effort to have ours ready

I really enjoyed my stay here. I appreciated the easy checkin with code acess. The area was very peaceful. My room faced the water and was very relaxing. Would stay again!

Great place close to Keflavík airport! Comfortable and clean.

We didn’t stay, at the place. When we came to check in the hotel was closed there was no proper instruction to get in. We got stranded in the middle of the night.

Horrible experience

Loved room 18! Perfect for my 7 year old to have his own bedroom. Shower drain was clogged on arrival but quickly fixed. Loved the area the tram was right outside the door.

The restaurant people helped me book a taxi

A 10 minutos del aeropuerto. El servicio es tipo self service- Te atienden viái e-mail de forma oportuna y resuelven todas tus dudas por ese medio. Recomendable por su cercanía al aeropuerto.

Great location but door code didnt work, toilet didnt flush, dirty windows not real clean Did the trick for 1 night

Convenient hotel close to the airport and the Blue Lagoon. Hassle free stay. Was sent code for the room and building so never saw any staff. Nice large room and bathroom. Well appointed with fridge, safe, and balcony. Great location if you have an early flight the next day.
