Room was smaller than expected but got the job done

Nice place specially if you want to travel from London city aéroport

The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. My room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were fresh. It had a towel warmer which i found convenient. The room had tea/coffee facilities. Overall, my experience was pleasant. The most positive factor was that this hotel is a 3 min. walking distance from London City Airport.

As a cheap stop over it's OK but more than one night it great as area is not good a d nothing around staff nice and hotel clean

The interior is simple and easy to use. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, so it is convenient to get to anywhere.

The only good thing about this hotel is the staff. They were nice. The room was tiny and cramp and dated. The bed was uncomfortable. The worst thing was the pathetic impression of parking! Only suitable if you ride a moped. I had a big car and it was hugely stressful to park and get back out. I will NEVER come back!!!!!!!!!

This hotel was perfect for our visit to a show at the O2. The room was spacious & clean. Smart TV has Netflix, YouTube etc. Friendly staff. Easy parking reserved in advance. Would stay again

Helpful for early morning flight

Hotel clean and staff very nice little bit away from city but DLR close bed could be better but ok for one or two nights must be a tube line under hotel as it tremors regularly !!! Overall I’d stay again for work

Conveniently near London City Airport. They provide a good breakfast service as well.

Excellent great clean hotel

The hotel was great for my early flight, the only negative for me was the duvet was too thin and there were no extra blankets. Woke up at 3:30am cold and struggled to get back to sleep.

This was just a 1-night stay before catching a flight in the morning. Nice and easy walk from train to hotel and from hotel to airport. Hotel offers breakfast at a charge, but we had to leave at 4:30 am so ate later. Good room - very, very small, but comfortable bed and great a/c. Check in & Check out staff were very friendly!

Easy walk to London City Airport…no need for a cab. But listed parking was off site, and they informed us it was full. If you don’t have consistent parking, don’t list it.
