服務人員親切有效率，SPA值得大力推薦，Jägerhaus房間雖然乾淨，可惜照明設備不足，過於昏暗。

提早預定湖景套房、因為靠湖邊所以比較潮溼、所以房間不是很理想跟櫃檯更換靠前區的房間裝潢是新裝修好的＇因為是家庭旅遊，所以其中有一間是三人房實在有夠棒比想像中的還美、房間區有三個床位，還有一個客廳區分隔開來因為是實木地板，所以都是拖鞋在裡面走動就像在家裡一樣有夠讚，早餐豐盛非常完美，這家飯店離新天鵝堡很近，高天鵝堡更近10分鐘、就可以走上去，晚上還可以在湖邊散步是所有的飯店地理位置最棒的、早上去新天鵝堡中午還可以回去休息，下午再去高天鵝堡

nice service, room and breakfast. good to have a swimming pool opened until 10pm, can visit it after dinner.

Not many taxi in Fussen as we arrive 1900 by train so getting there takes some time. If you plan to go to there, arrive Fussen before sunset then you get more taxis running on the street. But the location is just next to the office, so you can wake up late. Room is Cozy although it is small. Our room is sort of standard double and if you put your head outsides, the white castle is on your left. Some room is facing the brown castle. That is direct facing and much nearer. When you make the booking, the photos don’t show clearly whether you face a castle or which one, but as far as I know, most rooms can somehow see one of the castles. The most expensive rooms can see both. Both Castles are good I think. Breakfast is exceptionally good and you must try it. Service is extraordinary too and the hotel is new. The hotel will give you a voucher to travel within Schwagu for free so make sure you ask!

好到不得了！湖邊全落地玻璃SPA，有休息區，沐足區，桑拿區和泳池等等。旅遊旺季在這裡住第二天食個豐盛的自助早餐，然後上新天鵝堡，順利避開人流高峰。正！

就在湖邊，可以看到高天鵝堡和新天鵝堡，隔壁就是巴伐利亞國王博物館，景色優美，早餐美味，房間舒適，工作人員友善。

Internet not good

位於天鵝堡景點的超優質住宿，在飯店房內就可以看到舊天鵝堡，位置緊鄰景點停車場非常方便。飯店是新成立的，非常高級、整潔、舒適，在備品上的選擇也是很到位，是一間非常值得推薦的飯店。

We loved our stay. The spa was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was incredible.

The hotel is in a great location and has good amenities. The staff struggled to take our order from our room to the restaurant so we had to go downstairs ourselves and do it as they kept saying we don’t have this (when all we wanted was to order the crème brûlée dessert). The restaurant staff were very helpful when we went and ordered ourselves and kindly delivered it our room. The people working at the reception should have awareness of hotel facilities. The breakfast menu is good with lots of variety and the room itself was quite big and spacious.

Personal war sehr freundlich, tolles Zimmer, sehr ruhig. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Kurzurlaub, das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Uns wurde das Barrierefreie Zimmer gegeben, obwohl das nicht gebucht war. Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet mit kaum Annehmlichkeiten und einem billigen Duschkopf. TV ging an Tag 2 nicht mehr und wurde auch nicht repariert trotz mehrfachem nachfragen. Lediglich das Personal beim Frühstück war super! Rest echt schade für den Preis...
