Room was dirty, manipis na yung towel masyado plus the breakfast was too simple for its price

The room was classy, cozy, and clean. It was very pleasant. I also did appreciate the warm welcome of the front desk officers, especially their cheerful aura. They are very accommodating. The accessibility of the hotel location is a plus point. However, we were kind of disappointed with the flooding inside our room due to a water leak. Anyways, it was then ts paeng 's visit to the city. LOL. So, it 's understandable. Nothing to worry about. Overall, it was a beautiful and memorable stay!

1. The free breakfast must be improved; 2. No free disposable slippers availble in the room; 3. Shower room door must be installed so that other parts of the restroom will not get wet particulary on the floor area, which is become slippery when somebody is taking a bath.

Vastly improved restaurant with fast service and rooms are always clean. Also liked the arcade withc may be used for free.

This hotel is highly recommended for those who want to have a peaceful and solitary stay. Its poolside is very tranquil, very relaxing. A bar with a live band/acoustic where you can enjoy your stay, adds up to the spice of your vacation. However, the free towel in the hotel is like a used rag. It's not stinky but the colour is almost like a rag. I hope this will be given attention and be improved. Also, I was contacting the service for the restaurant several times, yet no one answered. Overall stay is excellent. The staff were all polite, friendly and nice.

Checking in-it was not as smooth as I thought, I've waited 30 mins for me to be checked in because they can't find my booking, even though I'm showing him (front desk) my confirmation booking it wasn't being accepted. I've had to wait until he found it in their system. The room was good, spacious and clean when we entered. Wifi is also good all over the premises. However, their breakfast isn't good and you'll end up ordering more. Check out: I was forced to check out as apparently there is no more available rooms although I've booked my extension ahead of time and it shows as available all over the booking sites.

Checking in took a while. Front desk informed us that they are already fully booked. We were given a room after 30 mins of waiting. The keycard given to me didn't work at the door so I had to go back to the front desk for them to fix the issue. When we got in, I noticed tiny brown insects crawling at the wall. Upon checking, I realized these were dog ticks! We notified the FDO again but he laughed and told us that he'll send someone to inspect. I personally thought that what the desk officer did was really disrespectful. It took a while for them to give us a new room. Breakfast was OK. I hope they would take cleanliness seriously and the staff should always be sensitive to the concerns of their guests.

Check-in was easy. Parking is safe and more than adequate. The rooms are very good. They were clean and well stocked. WiFi was free and good. There were no information booklets in the room explaining the facilities available in the hotel. They are at the same level as the Oriental in Legazpi. There were no We had 2 problems-the batteries in the TV remote were dead and the coffee water heater did not work. The evening meal was good although the menu was quite limited. Breakfast was a down side-the free breakfast choice was hot dogs or dried fish, and neither came with coffee or any other drink except water. I would expect better from a hotel of this class. There were other choices for breakfast but they were an extra charge. We did not try the pool, but it looked clean and well maintained. We did not try the bar-it is outside the hotel main building.

Minor issues include broken WiFi and unresponsive room service line. Other than that, the experience was a delight.

The room is spacious enough to accommodate the 3 of us and the ambient in the area is so nice. Will definitely be back.

Super smooth ng check in process namin kahit 9pm na kami dumating mula sa byahe namin. Magkatabi rin kami ng room ng parents ko which is nirequest namin beforehand. Tas kudos kay ma’am sa front desk that time, kasi saktong sakto yung offer nila sa massage. Next time sana matry namin yung ibang amenities. Over all okay naman super linis din ng mga room. And ang pinaka importante nagenjoy yung parents ko sa stay nila sa proxy. Thank youuuu.

This hotel was formerly known as Albay Hotel. The lobby was nice and clean. We had a big, spacious room. Upkeep was perfect at this hotel, it looked brand new. Though opened April of this year, don't expect much of their amenities and construction is still on-going. Overall, they take in exceptional service and food are with great variety.
