I stayed at line myoko in end of feb in 2023, and came again in March 2024. The hotel staff are all still very friendly, and front desk staff Yoko San has especially been very helpful to me in every way from arranging rides and even in driving and accompanying me in snowboarding rental. I really appreciate the way she is committed and devoted in delivering the best customer service and hospitality. I always feel like a vip staying at the lime myoko in off peak season. Hotel breakfast remains excellent but I wish they would have offered more varieties and variations throughout the 4 days I stayed. Onsens and rooms are still in very good condition. The hotel was much more quiet this time I stayed with much less customers and no kids screaming in the hallway compared with last year. It is a hidden gem if you want serenity for getaway resort holiday! Well done and continue the good work! I am tempted to come back in spring 2025!

和朋友到妙高滑雪旅行，共入住Lime Resort4天。酒店設備新淨，設有乾燥室放置滑雪用具，員工有禮貌並且願意提供協助。有朋友遺留了passport在燒肉店，由於是經酒店預約，酒店在當天晚上已幫忙取回。

因為滑雪季節，所以風景優美，結合酒店裝修，整體非常舒適舒服，但對房內無浴室有少少不足，只有2/F一個2格的個別浴室，畢竟不一定人人都想浸温泉。有乾燥房可放置滑雪板，掛衫，有locker借用及水靴借用都十分貼心，員工亦十分有禮，語言不通時會主動用翻譯app，務求令大家明白大家的表達意思，另外唯一注意的是，一定要自駕，否則都幾唔方便，附近亦沒有便利店。

Breakfast provided is the same everyday. The buffet dinner is a semi-buffet and it cost 5000 yen.The food is quite bad. Please dont eat in the hotel. The room is big and clean. There is no bathroom in our room. The hot spring is free of charge and quite good. The staff is very nice and offer free shuttle bus to and from Myoko train station. It sometimes offer free shuttle bus to the ski resort as well. There are only 2 restaurants nearby. I suggest you to eat dinner before coming back from the ski resort. Or you better drive a car.The hotel is quite far from any of the ski resorts.

スタッフの方は親切でホスピタリティがありました。遅い時間の到着で送迎がなかったのでタクシーで向かったところ、チェックイン時に翌日の送迎要否についてすぐに聞いてくれました。シーズンオフだったため広いお部屋にお手頃に泊まれました。ライブラリーバーはジャズが流れていて落ち着く雰囲気でした。

とても清潔でスタッフの方々の笑顔がとても印象に残ってます。朝食のスタッフの方に、「ライブラリーから妙高山がとてもきれいなのでコーヒーをお持ちになってどうぞ」と仰って頂き、おもてなしの心を感じました。

夕食朝食が色々お腹いっぱい食べれて楽しめた

ファミリールームでしたが、一歳の子供がとても気に入っていました。 プレイルームもあり良かったです。
