這次住宿體驗非常好，房間設施完善，可以從溫泉池看到富士山，安靜清幽，飯店人員服務很到位，有溫度的服務，廚師的手藝很精湛，每道餐點都很美味，搭配不同的餐酒，用餐很愉快，希望以後會有機會再訪。

I really enjoyed my stay at FuFu Hotel. Great service and the hotel atmosphere was excellent!

早餐和晚餐膳食都很好，唯獨是到達入住時只得2樓，景觀完全沒有，已經在3個月前預訂和request 高樓層，這個房價只有這種沒景觀，非常失望。

服務人員是五星級的服務。晚上餐點非常精緻。客房溫泉池是一直有溫泉水流進來，想泡隨時可以泡，不必再放水。露台的火爐可以請服務人員點火，很有氣氛。 酒店位置就在紅葉迴廊旁，出酒店就是紅葉。

很好的景色，住宿晚歺很好。交通略為不便。

寧静舒適合適情侶入住，客室設有私人露臺風呂，晚餐早餐很豐富美味，環境寧静，可遠望富士山，適合自駕人士，很好的體驗。

Excellent ambience and hospitality. Dinners were of Michelin-star standard, though delivery of hot dishes from the kitchen should be prompt to keep the temperature.

The staff was incredibly pushy on upselling breakfast and dinner yet didn't share with us the menus so we were asked to purchase them and then when we did and the menu wasn't something my family enjoyed, they couldn't understand why and didn't offer to refund us the cost of our breakfast and dinner. Check in and out took very long and they did not come off helpful. Service needs to improve and they need to be less rigid

The view of Fuji from our room was amazing. The breakfast and dinner was exceptional and the staff was so friendly! Thank you for everything.
