First, some reviews mentioned that there's no any kind of social contact here, I just wanna say: this is a capsule hotel, not a hostel, Good location, close to subway and grocery stores; facilities are fairly clean; comfortable mattres, unlike other capsule hotel I've stayed, this one you can actually lock your capsule(even when you're not in it) If you're traveling with big suitcase, this is not the place for you, cause locker is quite small and there's no elevator; no towels provided (you can rent one), no laundromat but they have laundry service (PLN22 for wash and dry), temperature in the capsule is a bit too low for me. I'll stay again when I come back to Warsaw.

Bon emplacement, personnel agréable, les capsules et les sanitaires sont propres. Le seul bémol est que les capsules ne sont pas bien insonorisées donc on entend les autres capsules s'ouvrir et se fermer, mais ils distribuent des bouchons d'oreille à la réception. Aussi le volet roulant de la capsule laisse passé un peu de lumière. Mais j'ai passé un très bon séjour et le rapport qualité prix vaut le coup.

The apartment was well maintained and had everything needed for a short stay. My only complaint is that the stair railings and the mezzanine railings were loose and felt unsafe to put any significant weight on. Everything else was clean and as one would expect of a quality hotel.

Everything was good except for the light by my capsule was on 24/7 no matter what time it was which made me not sleep as good. The mattress was a little hard but I can basically sleep on anything. The showers has hot water which was really a plus after walking around all day.

The time set for light sensors and the water open/valves is tooooo short, you don’t even have time to wash a hand in the shower because the water already stopped running, same on the sink. Motion sensor on the general area, same, no time to do anything because the light is going off

Apartment sehr schön. Mit eigenem Eingang. Es steht in der Beschreibung, dass die Toilette nicht im Apartment ist. Das stimmt nur halb. Man hat einen kleinen Flur, an dem direkt der Eingang zum Badezimmer ist. Der Flur gehört, so wie das Badezimmer, aber eigentlich mit zum Apartment also kann nur von einem selbst betreten werden und ist am Hauptteil des Apartments angeschlossen. Ein- und Auschecken sehr einfach. Man bekommt einfach eine Schlüsselkarte, mit der man um das Gebäude herumgeht zum Apartment geht und bekommt so die Eingangstür und die zum Apartment auf. Fürs Auschecken muss man einfach nur die Karte abgeben. Die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt. Perfekt für Paare. Das Bett ist in Ordnung, gemütlich und die Treppe etwas abenteuerlich, aber sonst ist das Apartment sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, da die Metro- und Bushaltestellen in der Nähe sind. Auch zu Fuß erreicht man den Hauptplatz sowie die Altstadt gut.

I was a solo traveler and I have never felt more comfortable staying at a place than here. It was so clean and easy to find, walking distance everywhere. Highly recommend

Situado en una excelente zona, con comercios de todo tipo y caminando en muy poco tiempo a la zona turística. El departamento es muy sencillo y en general se encontraba en buenas condiciones de limpieza, sin embargo el mantenimiento general decepciona un poco, las condiciones de la recepción no son las mejores y en la sala de estar no dan ganas de sentarse de tan sucios que están los sillones, no genera una buena impresión.

The facility was very clean, the beds can be a little more thick, it also gets pretty cold at night but the blanket is pretty warm. The staff I interacted with was very nice and pleasant except for one that made a rude comment about my card declining since I am a tourist and sometimes banks require a call. Overall I would recommend and stay again.

A nice concept, but the metal rolling shutter can be noisy when someone frequently gets in and out. Maybe a rolling blackout blind can make it better? Like those used in Japanese capsule hostels

Einchecken war unkomplziert, rezeption fast immer besetzt, kaspel war bequem und sauber, bad war in ordnung vielleicht schon etwas älter aber ok

Hotel muito bom, quarto limpo e organizado, fiquei no apartamento, então tinha muito espaço e banheiro privativo. Com cozinha e tudo o que precisamos para fazer uma comida rápida, geladeira e mantimentos. Hotel muito bom e bem perto de todas as atrações turísticas e do centro histórico. Única coisa é que não oferecem café da manhã, mas você tem opções de comprar café, suco e lanches no próprio hostel. Super recomendo, gostei demais.

Good sized pod for an adult male, facilities were clean and easy to navigate and operate. Slept well both nights and felt comfortable.

Always this abrasive customer service. I am starting to think it's part of Polish culture. Completely disengaged, rushing things that don't need to be rushed, never smiling, immune to humor. The room was waaay to cold for comfort.
