once I checked in, the receptionist said she couldn't find my data on their computer. so I showed her the e-mail when I booked it. Then she told me to call the agent to ask for help. why oh why....It was in the evening after a long flight to KL and I was really hungry and exhausted as well. Then finally she reported to her manager and asked to forward the e-mail I had to the hotel's e-mail address. After all she told me that the room key wasn't there. I asked why? I booked the family deluxe room which accommodate for 4 persons but she didn't have the key. She tried to call her manager again and told him that there was no key for the kinda room. I waited for about 30 mins. And then she found it and gave it to me. We immediately went to our room which was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. So my family and I just put our bags in the room and went for dinner. Soon after we finished our dinner, we came back to the hotel to take a shower and rest. Unfortunately when we came back, I saw some dirt on the bed sheet, bed cover and a lot of ticks. H*ly m*ly... I was terribly surprised and I went downstairs to report it to her. Guess what I was told? she told me she couldn't change it or make up the room because cleaning service was done in the morning. I must wait until tomorrow morning to have it done. H*ly m*ly again.... then I waited until her shift over. At 11pm I reported to the receptionist. There was a guy took the night shift. He told me that he would make it up. I waited and he did it. I told him to write down a memo for the cleaning service guys who work in the morning to clean up my room. We went out in the morning but before I leave, I did make a report to the receptionist. There was an old guy in the morning shift. While we waited our grab car he talked to me and make sure they will clean it up and he was sorry about that. we went back to the hotel at 4pm. When we open the room door, what a shock,..the room wasn't cleaned up yet. seriously??? so I told receptionist who was in charged in the afternoon shift. She told the cleaning service guys to do it immediately. We waited in the lobby until it's done completely. After they cleaned the room I could still see few ticks on bed. I asked another bed sheets to cover it up again. I asked the guy when the last time the room has been occupied and cleaned. He told me it's been 2 weeks. But I didn't believe it at all. Last but not the least. The 3rd day when we stayed there which was the last day, after we went out all day, we went back to the hotel and wanted to take shower but no water ran out of the shower... So I reported to the receptionist and he allowed me to take a shower in the unoccupied room on the first floor. In the next morning before I checked out the water still didn't run out, so I took shower and did cleaning at the first floor again. Really exhausted to go up and down for using the bathroom. That's the story of mine. What's yours??? Is it recommended? I let you determine it...Thank you
