First thing first, were totally differ than what they showed in the app. Second, we found lots of cockroach even at the pillow. Kitchen area also got cockroach. Third, when we first entered the house, there's unpleasant smell at the carpet which located at the living room area. Smells like a pee I think. Lift also can only use one only which is bomba lift. Other than that, you need to change to another lift at the are level.

Just wanna share my experience that, while during check in time. It take almost 30 minute for check in/key pick up from the letter box. Other than that the unit is quite comfortable and cozy. Just that if you ordering food form grab or panda you need to take 2 time lift to get to main lobby and pickup the food.

The apartment is as awesome as the photo, but finding the room is a bit difficult thank god the contractor was helpful

Everything was okey, except the lift...it will messy with many lift that we need to change from tower 1, 2, and tower 3..only bomba lift can use from top to parking area(Ground floor)..normal lift only can use until R floor..
