The hotel was right next to Callao, Santa Domingo metro stations, and walkable to Sol and Plaza Espana metro station, and just across the street there is a 24H Carrefour supermarket, overall a super convenient location. Hotel staff was help helpful and nice, assisting us in any way they could. The twin room we booked was clean and stylish, just a little smaller than we expected. Good thing the toilet and shower room were separated. Too bad there was no view towards Gran Via, and the choices of the breakfast were kinda limited so we decided to cancel the day we checked in, but overall I'd still recommend this hotel because of the convenient location and the new, stylish, and clean environment.

Our stay was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, but what truly made the difference was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay special by arranging a surprise for my son in our room. Seeing his excitement when we arrived was one of the highlights of our trip, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that we will never forget. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. Thank you to the entire team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

The room was nice with a separate toilet and shower. The location was convenient and easy to walk to places. The breakfast buffet was limited and the layout was awkward and cramped. You had to walk past the bar to find a table to eat at. The front desk staff was excellent and responsive to our requests for additional items.

All staff speaks English. Very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Room was adequate.

The room was fine for what we needed. We didnt have breakfast as we wanted to explore the city. The bar staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only downside was housekeeping didnt come everyday so we had to keep asking for towels everyday and coffee and when they did replenish they left the dirty cups and glasses. It wasnt a big deal but it was frustrating to ask for towels every other day.

Regarding breakfast, I think they should improve it; there's no variety at all, and the products aren't high quality. I don't think the staff at the front desk are adequately trained to handle any of the paperwork.

This hotel in right in the middle of the Gran Via, next to the Plaza del Calleo, so it is always crazy busy. Our room on the Calle Jacometrezo side, however was very quiet. It's a good base for getting around Madrid but it's a corporate hotel, so you won't get a lot of local feel. Although we generally like to stay in a neighborhood, we enjoyed our stay at Aloft Gran Via.
