Good

The rooms were well organized, clean and had the space as described. The beds were very comfortable. And my child (10yo) stayed free as she shared a bed with us. She was also given a small bag of amenities with her own slippers as well! The staff were very helpful and they were also able to hold a few of our luggage just over a week as we travelled into central/southern Kyushu before returning for another stay back in Fukuoka. This helped immensely. Location was also great, roughly 10 min walk to Hakata station and Canal City so it was a very convenient location.

This was my first experience with a Japan Rail managed hotel and I was very pleased with the service and the room I got was very nice for the price. Very well situated and quiet. I would go back in a heartbeat. Even the price for breakfast was reasonable. I recommend this place to anybody.

Nice hotel

So close to Hakata station and was really comfortable. I'm impressed with the room size, larger than many of the other hotel chains in and around Japan. Receptionist even assisted with our luggage transfer to the next hotel. She had kindly rung up the next hotel to confirm they would be happy to accept the luggages in advance prior to our arrival.

Everything is fantastic

The hotel is very close to Hakata station. Room is clean and more spacious than expected. You can get amenity kits you need at the reception. Security is good too as the main gate will be locked 1-6am unless you unlock it with your key card. The staff are friendly as well.

Good service and nice room

Very nice. Short walk from Hakata Station. Friendly staff. Bags stored for me when I arrived early. Comfortable bed which I used to catch up on the need for sleep on my third day in country.

It was only 7min walk from Hakata station. Staff and service are excellent. Property is new or newly renovated. Breakfast was great too.

Very good location near Hakata Station and cheap price. But this is reflected in a tiny room; a window facing a concrete wall on the opposite building making it quite claustrophobic. Bed was too firm for a westerner. Service was good and room was kept clean.

Quite near to JR station. Room is clean and spacious compare to other hotels in Japan. Lobby area is comfortable. Service is superb. You can ask reception for a handy weight measurer for the luggage, which is very useful for us when packing.

Close to Hakata station and the hotel is really clean and still new. We had a great stay.

Although the rooms are very modern and clean, I had a terrible night's sleep for three reasons. 1. All the light switches had little green lights that, once the lights were off, completely illuminated the room, making it hard to sleep. 2. The air con points directly at the bed and it was almost impossible to reduce the power to a reasonable level, or the direction of the wind, so I was freezing cold all night or 3. The quilts are thick down duvets, which, in the middle of summer are far too hot, so, in combination with 2. I was either boiling or freezing.

Near to the best Motsunabe restaurant (Maeda-ya) in walking distance. Quite convenient to the Hakata station too where you can reach to anywhere in Hakata city in 10-15 min. The room is clean and tidy. You can also ship out or pick up by using the hotel's address for your luggage. Definitely come back and choose this hotel.
