I arrived at check in. There was no one there but it says in the listing there would be a host to greet me. They were suppose to send me an email with a code to get in but I never received it. I tried messaging the host and never got a response. I had to book a new place and accept that I was losing the money paid for the hostel. There were no cars in the parking lot so NO ONE was there to help.

Quiet mid-week with only 2-3 of us and full on Friday/Saturday nights. Strong WiFi and places to work

Gave someone my bed

Nice place right next to the Rocky Mountain National Park (literally less than 10min drive to the entrance). It is self-service, but the manager is available quite easily. The kitchen is well-equipped. Met a few nice people along the way.

Nice kitchen easy walking and driving. Construction on the road wakes people up early.

Walkable distance to the town Center and a big parking lot. However, no towels available in the hostel on the first two days of my stay. Very nice and respectful people, felt very safe there.

Love this Hostel. I have been staying here for many years. There is no staff on site. Looking forward to my next visit! 😁 👍

Could not find my assigned bed. Sent multiple messages and didn't hear back from management. The other guests said this happened before. Will dispute the charge.

Great hostile. The people using it were friendly and courteous. Well kept up.

Loved big kitchen quiet no top bunks. Bad- slope of ceiling is claustrophobic…

Good location walkable to everything

The place is clean and had clear instructions. Unfortunately, upon my arrival I was not able to access my bed. The room was locked. I was but able to reach anyone with the provided contract details. I picked a different unused bed but later dinnertime showed up, who booked this one. The room with my bed was unlocked on the third day of my stay.

Excellent location; comfortable lodging; convenient parking. Many travelers who book far in advance don’t remember what bed number they booked, which results in a 10-45 minute delay. Would be much easier if emails from the hostel included assigned bed number.

No opinion on the property. I didn't make it and was unable to cancel the room.

Very nice hostel. Close to Rocky Mountains National park. Clean.

Doors and hinges to cabinets needed 3in1 oil, Squeaked, disturbed others who were still sleeping. ☹️ Clean, congenial folks to share info about local hikes and climbs.

It was amazing.

Community aspect as we chatted in kitchen with other hikers about their adventures for that day and for the next.
