Location was very good. The beach was lovely. Service was good. The room needs to improve, as the bed location is directly under the AC grill; you can feel the wind striking the face and body. Room cleaning was good but needs to improve. Overall, had a good and comfortable stay.

Undoubtedly still the best hotel in Seminyak. Spacious and beautiful (if not only slighty dated) rooms, lovely expansive grounds and pool, wide and cleanest/tidiest beachfront in Seminyak, and amazing staff.

Pelayanan sangat lama. Saat kami tiba, kami harus menunggu hampir satu jam untuk check-in. Terdapat peraturan yang tidak terduga yang tidak dijelaskan mengenai aturan hotel. Peraturan terlalu ketat yang membuat merasa tidak nyaman dan diawasi. Lokasi bagus, kamar sangat luas, interior terlihat kuno, pilihan makanan sedikit.
