Hotel yang menarik, suasana aman, staff sangat membantu dan yang paling best, breakfast.

Secluded and privacy. Easy check in & check out. Breakfast was good but some can be improved in term of taste (eg: nasi lemak & muffin-not so good). Room spacious, but if you stay high floor, you have to use stairs, no lift there but still manageable for me. Overall it ' s a good bargain to stay here.

The accommodation looks exactly like pictures. English style concept with gothic touch. Room very spacious, no air conditioner however its cold already. No refrigerator as well. Water water heater as usual. Very comfy stay.

Pros: Nice place for a short trip in Cameron Highland. Far away from crowded people as it was located 5 minutes drive from the main road. Suitable to those who have their own transport. The room was quite old, like what you would expect from a hotel or resort around here. Cons: The Wifi signal was not strong even though the speed was acceptable. Got the signal at the balcony but not in the room. Located on a hill, the road to the hotel was quite dark at night time, should be the fault of the city council? Extra: They only provide me with the towel after 5 pm, after I have checked in after I requested twice. I booked the room with other OTAs who will not eligible for the free breakfast and high tea even if you fulfilled the requirements. Only available on their website, which cost a hundred ringgit more. It cost RM35 per person if added afterwards, fair enough. May do some calculations.

Nice place and suitable for big family.

The room very big and clean. I like the design of the room and balcony with chair make you able to enjoy 🌄 natural scene. I recommend this resort who ever need calm and quiet environment far from busy city.

Friendly staff, resort terletak di puncak bukit, udara segar, makanan sedap, parking dekat dengan bilik, bersih, selesa, ada tv, peti sejuk untuk simpan makanan, safety box, banyak cermin.

Semua oke bilik cantik n besar..cuma minta view yang cntik tapi dapat view balcony mngadap hutan ,bilik ada bau yang x menyenangkan..toilet pula x berapa bersih ada tompokan putih2 x tahu smada bekas sabun orang sblum ini atau x cuci..😬

The stay is quite pleasant, but there are some issues 1. My room is opposite the lobby, and every night they smoked some bbq, and the smell stayed all night 2. There’s no fan or aircond. That’s fine when its at night, but when it come to afternoon, the room could be a bit hot. A fan should be enough if provided...

Room is very spacious and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Nice peaceful place and full of greenery. We really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely stay in this resort again.

Stay for 4 night. Nice bed and spacious room. Breakfast was good. Mix western and oriental. The valley view recommended.
