我对这次入住非常不满意，因为我入住的房间与广告描述不符。房源信息上明明显示有浴缸，这也是我预订这间房的主要原因。然而，我的房间只有淋浴。我希望得到妥善的解决方案，例如更换房间或补偿。

一切都很棒，房间、早餐都很好。泳池也很干净。以后还会再来。

The hotel has a grand lobby, friendly staff, and quick lift service. The room feels a bit dated but is well-kept, with a comfy bed and pillows. The bathtub is small but functional. A nearby construction site can be noisy, though it wasn’t an issue during my weekend stay. Overall, a well-located hotel with good amenities.

1) The hotel like in the 80's superstar condition, reminiscent of the past. 2) The security guard very family friendly. 3) Check-in and check out not so hassle. 4) No separate shower and bath tub area in the bathroom. Shower in bath tub. 5) Wifi the worst. The TV using wifi however the channel always stuck. Bring your own hotspot device better. Regards,

Impiana Ipoh is my 1st choice if I come to Ipoh with family. Even though it's an old building, but can see numbers of renovation and upgrade done throughout the year. Excess card and Android TV with good, clear channel and reception. My children love the huge kids swimming pool, but sad to say, it's under maintenance during my visit. Please inform the guest or update the maintenance status through your website.

Clean and peaceful ambience. Easy access to city centre.

Pillow is old and flat. Toilet dirty and not functional (basin).

The overall stay is nice, but the hotel needs to upgrade their parking facility, as I arrived with a scary basement with flooding. Also, to ensure the front office treats customers with a smile, as I had checked in with a person who couldn't be bothered to work.

The hotel was not up to my expectations, with old furniture and outdated bathroom fittings. The room windows were not soundproof and I could hear the traffic from outside which was very disruptive for my sleep. Despite the fact that my package included a free room upgrade upon availability, the staff did not offer me an upgrade even though there was clearly low occupancy on the day of my stay. Additionally, I had to argue with the staff to get release my deposit back, as they claimed there was no record of it in their system during check-out.

I always love to stay here for a short trip in Ipoh for its deals, location, and breakfast.

Everything is good with the hotel. Comfortably comfortably.
