I booked a Seaview room and enjoy the stay in here so much. My girl and husband love here, the facilities, the activities and the buffet breakfast as well. We will be back again.

I've always loved staying here. Everything was good before this but this time, I encountered unpleasant experience during check-in, which really blew off my whole mood. Nonetheless, the rest of my stay here was awesome!

Excellent! Appreciate to all staffs to their efforts to make a room decorations for our honeymoon and my husband's birthday. Clean room, amazing view from our balcony, great staffs, good breakfast. All good! Will come back here next time.

Slow check-in counter. Problem hotel check-in because our booking number does not appear in the hotel system when we arrived at the hotel. Had to wait about an hour to settle down. Finally had to paid again for the walk-in rate. So pathetic 🥺.

I stayed in Kinabalu Wing rooms. The room facing the SEA view. Its was awesome! The breakfast are varities, although quite a long queue but it was manageable. Full recommended 👍.
