酒店非常漂亮，但只有一个咖啡厅可以用餐，而且只提供自助餐。酒店不允许自带食物和饮料，所以应该增加一些菜品种类。

我们在太平洋苏特拉酒店住得非常开心。房间很舒适。我们点了客房服务，食物很美味。泳池很大，还有一个小小的私人海滩可以欣赏日落。我们尝试了立式桨板冲浪（SUP），非常喜欢。我们一定会再次光临。

与大多数酒店相比，入住过程可能比较慢。我等了20多分钟才轮到我，所以必须耐心等待。房间很宽敞，但隔音效果很差。我们能听到隔壁房间的鼾声。

一切都很好。推荐。下次我会和家人一起入住。唯一的问题是沙巴停水了，酒店也遇到了同样的问题。需要制定应急计划来应对此类问题。

I booked a different room but when i checked in and saw the room, It was different. The counter staff did not mention anything and kept quiet during my check in. I had to ask them only then they mention they had to upgrade my room to a suite. But, the suite was rather outdated, it had a smell of old musky smell. Tv and furniter was super old and we could instantly tell that the suite was an old suite. Otherwhise the room was clean. I booked Deluxe sea king view roon as i had previously stayed in the same type of room. I loved that room as it was brand new and modernize, Yes i got a bigger upgrade but the suite i got was old.

The staff was very kind. She solved all the problems. Very good place and good sight.

Nice & comfortable for family vacation.

Very near to the airport, about 10 mins drive. It has a large compound and share with sister hotel Magellan. Complete activities can be done here. Swimming, gym, restaurant, tennis court, bowling alleys, pool/snooker, and they even have small beach area. Recommended for families with kids

Check in after the normal check in time room was not ready and all sort of nonsences reasons given on not available to provide a room immediately the hotel don't respect time and the guests and front desk staffs is just useless and retarded, will never stay at this resort in future.

Overall the experience and the hotel is very nice and comfortable, however unfortunately our order was mislooked by the hotel staff. Our room that we've booked was supposed to be Deluxe King Room, but we got Twin Bed Room instead. The receiption had promised us to adjust and combine the beds as an apology for the full booked beds even though we had checked in at 3pm sharp! This is so dissapointing as we had waited for the adjustment until night time and there was no avail.

Had a very pleasant stay here. Private beach got crystal clear water, you can see the coral and fishes near the jetty. Would come back here again.

1. To improve on SAHUR arrangement, at least similar breakfast menu. 2. To improve lighting at front desk/lobby during SAHUR time 3-5 am.
