Excellent hotel in central downtown location. very good customer service and spacious, relaxing room environment. I can definitely recommend this hotel for both business travellers as well as holiday makers.

Hotel promised to pack our breakfast on last morning of stay due to an early flight. However, breakfast bags never arrived at 6:00 AM as scheduled.

Very convenience location, only the breakfast place can not be booked, which is not suitable for morning meetings

This is a very nice 5 stars Beautiful hotel !! CLEAN & ROOM IS SPACIOUS COMFORTABLE!! The Staffs are All good the male at the Reception . And Especially the MANAGER AT THE COFFEE SHOP - BREAKFAST, SIVARAJA. ... & the other young male Malay senior . And a Malay Waitress with hair tied up whom she works near the Sofa .... she is very responsible !!! ALL STAFFS ARE SO HELPFUL & FRIENDLY !! And the BUFFET IS SUPER !! The best I had in KL .. I stayed in different 5 Stars hotels In the past 10 years while I visited KL !! I would definitely recommend my friends to stay here !!!

酒店好舊，位置於後街，晚上回去很静，早餐只有三星酒店水準，不見意加錢買早餐！

The location of Ritz-Carlton is great, very close to shopping centers. The front desk is helpful and nice. My room is on the 17th floor, spacious and comfortable. I will definitely stay in this hotel for my next visit to Kuala Lumpur.

This hotel is not new and it doesn’t give you the sparkle clean feel. Service is good, staffs are attentive when you are back to hotel. The buffet brunch in the library is a disappointment. Food is not a five star hotel qulity. Oysters are not fresh, bbq on stick is dry and pasta is over cooked with excessive spices.

We stayed in three room suite this this time. There are total 3 rooms, 5 toilet, 1kitchen. Super comfortable and clean. Staffs are nice and helpful. Love staying there!!
