环境优美，景色宜人，所有员工都服务周到……这里的食物更是美味，早餐尤其棒。

我们预订了最简单的砂拉越房，原本以为会比他们其他豪华房略逊一筹，但事实并非如此！我们很高兴有机会体验他们一流的设施（水上乐园、干净的沙滩、儿童房、无边际泳池等等）。早餐很棒，卫生间里还有热水器。

我和丈夫、女儿在这里住得很愉快。工作人员非常友好热情。我女儿很喜欢“迷你主题公园”，海滩也很棒！房间很宽敞，但隔音效果不佳。隔壁的谈话我们都能听得一清二楚🤣除此之外，绝对物超所值。开车7分钟就能到达几乎所有最佳景点。所以绝对是一次很棒的住宿体验！

Staffs were friendly, the pool was okay, the facility was great; however, toilet and bedroom cleanliness can be improved. Overall, it was okay and can revisit next time. Thanks.

My kids love the pool and the private beach near to the hotel room. Sarawak room needs to be refurbished.

Hotel sgt sesuai untuk anak2. Anak2 seronok sebab ada 2 kolam renang & sgt dekat untuk ke pantai. Tak best bila air conditioner bilik 294 tidak berfungsi dgn baik. Pasang dari dtg hingga keesokkannya masih kurang sejuk. Harap pihak hotel service air conditioner. Utk keselesaan pengunjung. Maklumlah kami dtg pula mmg time panas dan tidak ada kipas dlm bilik.

The staff was very friendly. A very good front liner service. Smooth check in. This is old design hotel but we're OK as they provide good facilities I. E room, pool, indoor games. Do not hesitate to give a try spending your money here!

The hotel is very clean with balinese vibes, they have a mini theme park pool for kids and very nice swimming pool view, the beach also just a few steps away from the main hotel, a lot of parking space, breakfast not so much variety but sufficient. Overall recommended hotel!

Sudah 2 Kali saya stay bersama family, sangat awesome. ada miniwater park satu kelebihan kepada resort ni. Anak-anak suka berada di sini. makanan dia pun best. staf pun peramah. Insyaallah akan stay lagi ke sini jika datang ke Cherating lagi.

Not bad. The room needs proper maintenance though as there were unscrubbed tiles and toilet bowl. Other than that, we enjoyed the villa. Breakfast is decent.
