房间宽敞，电影选择丰富。游泳池很漂亮。我的孩子们玩得很开心。

Had a pleasant stay at hotel equatorial, the room were clean and staff are friendly too

I have paid for family room but they gave me 1king bed and 1 portable single bed sent later in that evening. Disappointed actually.

The booking I did with you didn't go through, the receptionist could not find it. It took ages to get the room.

Good hotel. Great service. Only a little too old and would be good to have a refurbishment. Bathroom sanitary wares have some cracks and some unreachable dirt is collected inside; rain shower does not hold onto one direction and keep moving. Other than those all are quite okay.

Hotel yang sangat bagus. Semua orang ramah. View golf dan bridge. Saya berada di family room untuk 3 orang, semuanya menyenangkan. Kamar ada balkonnya dengan pemandangan yang bagus. Sarapan enak, hanya saja sewaktu saya disana sarapan tidak terlalu berganti setiap hari hampir sama. Tempat agak sulit untuk mencari makan di luar (harus dengan kendaraan), tapi so far sangat nyaman.

We can directly feel the hospitality and platinum class service since our first arrival. All staffs are well trained with greetings and smiles every time. Excellent room, with clean and tidy condition in every spots of the hotel. Very large area and concept of restaurant, bar, and swimming pool area. Our kids (7 year old and 3 year old) are feel free to run here and there as their playground. Swimming pool concept is excellent in term of depth level distribution, as our kids can enjoy and feel safe and comfy play around and swim in the pool. Just need extra attention as there is no lifeguard, only pool care taker or you can swim along with the kids and enjoy the nice condition there.

One of the card to enter room and lift cannot used and bath room can not lock but swimming pool big and nice and room also big suitable for parent with kids
