感觉很多员工都是新来的，经验不足，整理房间的客房服务人员也比较粗心，衣着也不太整洁。 不过总体来说，酒店还不错，而且离ION购物中心和公交车站的距离也比较近。 价格也还可以，可能是因为酒店正在装修。

Neat and cozy! At first we are a bit surprised cause it was more like a castle than a hotel, great scenery and nightwalk decent place to stay!

The hotel has a very long history and a laid back feel. The small pool area has a Balinese feel and the Taiwan porridge dinner was nice.

The hotel service is very good. We are given extra benefits for certain requests at this hotel. And we were given leeway at check in. I am very happy when the team from the hotel can use Indonesian.

Clean room, bright, very welcome Reception when we come, very nice and helpful porter and concierge, comfortable bed. Good quality food for breakfast but porridge still looks like rice with water at breakfast. Very helpful very nice and kind waitress at breakfast area. We are happy to stay at GoodWood Park Hotel, very close to Orchard Paragon and around shopping mall. Thank you.

Great staycation at Goodwood Park, and the front desk gave us a free upgrade out of goodwill from Deluxe Premier to Heritage room. As we did not like the gap in between the beds, the front desk then helped us with the change of rooms to our original booking. The stay was really fantastic and enjoyed it very much.

We checked in after the check in time but the room was not ready for us. We had to call and check for the availability instead of hearing back from the hotel staff. Room was dusty when we got it. I wouldn't say we were given the 5 star service.

Had a great staycation at Goodwood Park Hotel. The service was excellent and the Taiwan Porridge was delicious:).

Hubby loved the vintage look of the parklane suite that comes with the stairs to the bedroom loft. Room has loads of amenities-stove, washing machine, utensils and cutlery. Cosy lived-in vibe with furnishings has visible wear and tear. Amazing main pool surrounded by palm trees in the courtyard that feels like you're overseas.

Clean room, great services even though quite old hotel, will come back again

The staffs were very friendly and warm. They went all out to make our stay a memorable one. I will definitely book this hotel on my next staycation.

Lots of waiting everywhere. From check in to in-room calling to ordering and waiting for food at the Coffee Lounge. Dining credits cannot be used for buffet or room service so we had no choice but to dine in at Coffee Lounge. Staff either doesn't seem to know their stuff or is taking their own sweet time to do things. Translates to waiting, waiting and more watering. The app says guaranteed late check out but was told upon arrival that this is not possible. I emailed the hotel multiple times before arrival to inform that I was booking in for two nights in the same room but was locked out after the first night and told to go to the front desk to reactivate my card for the second night. What an utter waste of time liaising with your reservations department and then your front desk not following through. Not sure whether guests knew they were supposed to book their time slots for the pool cause we made an advanced booking but were surprised to find so many guests using the pool during our short 20 mins there. We had no choice but to leave regretfully since everyone was mask off and it wasn't safe to be in such close proximity. I would rate this a 3 star rather than 5 star hotel given the slow and lacklustre service. The room wasn't clean too. Food crumbs in the fridge and hair on the bed headboard. If not for the SRV and $ 100 dining credits given, I think my rating would be even lower.

The room was very nice. More than what we expected. All staff were very friendly and hospitable. They went out of their way to show us around the hotel.
