Prime location in the heart of Singapore shopping district, easy access and good service, but not much variety of food for breakfast offered by hotel and ended up having breakfast outside the hotel.

Hotel bagus menyenangkan, dekat sekali dengan fasilitas umum, dan mall besar di orchad.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Mau check ini lebih awal jam 13.00 tidak bisa, sudah isi data diri dan passport, jam 17.00 balik lagi tapi diminta isi data diri dan passport lagi prosesnya sangat lama, booking kingbed dikasih twinbed 🥲

Mgk perlu melakukan renovasi pada kamar mandi, maaf nda sempat foto.

I can say that this has become one of the best hotel I've stayed in SG, the amenities and bathroom are great and the service staff and receptionist was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in singapore.

Di awal dijelaskan bahwa kamar dibersihkan tiap 2 hari. Hari ke 3 saya meminta housekeeping membersihkan kamar saya, kemudian saya pergi meninggalkan hotel karena saya bawa anak kecil. Kembali ke hotel jam 9 malam & kamar saya tetap tidak dibersihkan. Harus komplain dulu baru seorang housekeeping membersihkan, dengan kondisi saya & anak-anak di dalam kamar.

1. For a 5-star hotel: the service was not up to standard. 2. Food variety for breakfast was limited and waiting time was tremendously long. 3. Location of the hotel was nice because you can find food to eat at the surroundings.
