强烈推荐家庭入住，靠近多美歌地铁站，酒店门前就有公交车站。酒店周围有餐饮。

工作人员很友好，但是当您刚到达时，帮您搬运行李的礼宾服务人员并未待命，所以您必须等待 2-3 分钟。

工作人员非常友好，乐于助人！虽然只住了一晚，但我的家人非常非常开心。

这家酒店价格还是很实惠的，而且对带孩子也很友好。很多印尼人也住在那里。

我半夜打电话给礼宾部，要求加一个枕头，结果工作人员对我粗鲁无礼。第二天早上，酒店经理亲自过来向我道歉。酒店早就应该知道这种行为，因为他敢对我粗鲁无礼，说明这已经不是第一次了。又或许其他客人只是懒得举报这种行为。之后有采取任何行动吗？我不确定。但如果酒店能够容忍这种行为，我真怀疑他们的诚信。

地理位置优越、服务优良，强烈推荐给家庭和商务旅行。

我每次来新加坡都选择这家酒店，因为酒店位置很好，靠近一个很棒的区域，而且房间很舒适、宽敞。

Legend! The Wi-Fi should be upgraded, but overall very satisfying.

We stayed in a triple room an even though the hotel building seemed dated, we got a spacious room for the 3 of us. The only thing was the extra bed was probably dated too, it was hard and uncomfortable. We could hear beats from a nearby club, but only during the weekend. Other than that it was a wonderful stay at Concorde hotel.

A comfortable room with a balcony, spacious and clean. The location is very strategic, close to a convenient store, and a mall.

Old hotel, with oldiest style. Room is OK, but lack of cleanliness. Balcony was full of dirt. Food in room dining quite good taste. But pricey. Location, near mall and mini market.

Pesan room triple bed dikasi room biasa tambah extrabed. Ukuran ruangan juga tidak sesuai deskripsi

Check-in process was smooth and fast. We were served by Yvette who was very smiley. The room itself was spacious. There were some pastries in the afternoon at the club lounge. The food selections during evening cocktail were good. Will come back again for the club lounge.

nothing front office, waiting around 2 hour for chrck in. So bad.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Im sleep at here for 4 days. The room and the bathroom so clean. Next year i would like to stay at concorde again 🙌
