Breakfast not worth 5 stars hotel. Disappointed!

Fantastic hotel with a wonderful view of Marina Bay from our room, clean and spacious room with balcony, comfortable bed, exceptionally friendly staff. Definitely will come back again!

Nice clean modern room with bath tub. Location near Esplanade MRT station. The food is excellent.

The staff is super friendly, early check-in at its best too! The room is comfy, just one of the reading lamps is not working properly. On the other hand, the ambiance, the view, and the interconnecting hub to the mall make it easier until reaching the airport.

Kamar bersih. Dapat upgrade ke vie marina bay Sands. Kamar Mandi bersih. Pelayanan sangat baikk. Memuaskan.

Very bad sound proof. Room wall is probably built by thin plywood. We can hear the sound of nextdoor guest or people walking outside the corridor very clearly. We never expected such a 5 star hotel has this quality of sound experience.

Always a pleasure to come back to this hotel for special occasions. We loved that every room has a balcony. This time we paid an upgrade for the collection room on the highest floor to try out. Albeit the room is super nice and the bathroom is huge, however, there was no bathtub.

1. Pressure water pressure not strong. 2. Room location is near noisy traffic even at night. 3. Bathtub was indicated at point of booking but actual room during check in does not come with bathtub.

Great location at Marina Bay area, direct access to Marina Square Mall, just across Suntec City. The room is clean and comfy with modern design, love the window sofa. The food is also great, I ordered guilt-free burger twice during my short stay :). One caution, somehow my room's sound proof was not good, I could hear sounds clearly through the connecting door, and even I got complaint from neighbor just because music from TV with low volume.

Sangat menyenangkan. Kamarnya mempunyai extra bed, sehingga kedua anak saya bisa tidur di extra bed. Kalau ke Singapore lagi, saya akan menginap di Hotel Parkroyal Collection Marina lagi. Mencari makanan sangat mudah karena di sebelah hotel ada mal.

Posisi strategis. Ukuran kamar cukup untuk 2 dewasa dan 1 anak. Rasa makanan so so aja. Kamar ada balkon hanya di kamar berasa berdebu untuk saya yang memang alergi debu, jadi merasa tidak nyaman.

Stayed here few times and we always love it. The location is very near to Marina Square and Suntec Convention. My child loves the play room. All the staff are kind and friendly.

Everything was perfect! We had a really great stay at park royal marina 🫰.

The service was impeccable, and we got club lounge access for additional $ 170! The access was great, we had unlimited drinks, came with breakfast for the 3 of us and of course drinks and canapes and snacks!

Lokasi sangat strategis dekat ke MRT dan kemana mana. Ada 2 mall di depan dan samping hotel. Kamar besar dan bersih.

Kamar yang rapih & bersih ditambah dengan design yang baik memberikan kenyamanan dalam menginap di hotel ini. Recommended.
