Convenient for business and family. The location is close to malls and shopping centers. Indonesian citizens can use online delivery which has already installed on their cellphones. Cleanliness, security, room service and food for breakfast are varied and many choices are very good. Recommended to come back to this hotel. Awesome and good job!

Our room in the Sheraton Towers can no longer be described as contemporary. The bathroom is small and to take a shower you have to climb into the bathtub. A plastic shower curtain prevents flooding in the bathroom. This is the last century. A renovation of the bathroom is urgently needed. For the paid room price one gets elsewhere clearly more for the money. Another drawback is the complicated check-in procedure. It all takes much too long and the front desk is not able to make a reservation for an extension of the stay. You have to make your own reservation on the Internet. Really now? The plus points are the comfortable beds, which together with the fine bed linen, offer a very good sleeping comfort. The staff is friendly, well trained and goes the extra mile to meet the customer's wishes. I would like to highlight Aswad Othman, Executive Sous Chef, who wasn't too sorry to look for a piece of plaited bread in the depths of the kitchen on Sunday, and the courteous bartender Phil, who already knew our preferences very well when we visited his bar.for the second time.

Hotel a little bit old but clean enough, nearby to newton mrt and bus station

I would rate for 3 out of 5 for the satisfaction of the hotel. Hotel staff is ok. Not quite helpful or smile. There is no carrying luggage service. I can't see any staffs come to offer for help or provide the service. The breakfast is not impressive at all. I would not recommend for breakfast here. Also when check out, I paid the additional breakfast at the front office with my debit card. When we arrive Bangkok, my sister found that they make double payment on us by deducting the payment on my sister's credit card too. (we gave my sister's credit card for guarantee when check in ). Finally we called and have them settle my sister's double payment back. However, it is quite not professional and make us trouble that we have to make a distant call for their mistake. The good things for this place is the room is well cleaned and the hotel is quite close to Metro station which is good for travelling and easy to go around our place.

Hotelnya masih dengan settingan jaman dulu tetapi masih bersih, makanan enak dan kami sempat makan malam juga disana, hanya saat menggunakan bathub saluran pembuangannya kurang baik. So far oke kemana-mana dekat karena berdekatan dengan MRT Newton tetapi kalau suka yang ramai jangan pilih daerah ini 🤗

Lokasinya dekat pusat keramaian, mau makan dan shopping tinggal jalan kaki saja.

Sama seperti foto, bersih, complimentary drinknya tidak pelit, converter listrik disediakan, staf sangat ramah, breakfast-nya oke, Plain croissant-nya enak banget! View breakfast-nya juga bagus (antificial waterfall with real big trees in the back). Lokasi juga dekat banget ke Newton MRT station dan newton food court.

Kamar bagus, bersih dan delat dengan stasiun MRT. mudah kemana-mana.

Staff was very helpful during our stay, room was clean too, we had our wedding there and booked a few rooms for my family to stay, it’s two bus stops away from shopping district and they serve nice breakfast as well :)
